1. Why is there a change in company name?
We changed the company name to Maya Philippines, Inc. and registered “Maya” as trade name with the Securities and Exchange Commission to complete the whole rebranding exercise. The change will promote better name recall and consistency in the use of Maya and cement Maya in the market.
The new name reflects our fresh brand identity and bolder mission for financial inclusion. As Maya, we bring an all-in-one money experience to Filipinos who wish to master their finances and succeed in the digital economy.

2. How will this affect my current contract with Maya?
The existing contracts remain valid, binding, and enforceable on their terms. There is no need to amend the existing contracts. The contracting entity may be changed upon renewal.

3. Are there changes in the MDR and fees?
There are no changes in MDR and fees.

4. Will there be changes in the logos and assets?
You may find the rebranded assets in our Maya Business B2B playbook. Do request for a copy of the playbook with your relationship manager so that you’re guided for the logo assets in your social media accounts and websites.

There will be no changes in accessing your accounts with Maya Business.
