#EVERY1WINS: Get 1%, 10% or 100% every time you scan to pay QR

1. Promo period is from June 1 – September 30, 2022.
2. This promo is open to all upgraded Maya consumer accounts who will scan to pay with Maya QR at any of our partner retail merchants.
3. Minimum spend required to qualify is P100 per transaction.
4. For each qualified transaction made during the promo period, users will receive a cashback amounting to one of the following: 
   1. 1% of the total qualified transaction via Maya QR
   2. 10% of the total qualified transaction via Maya QR
   3. 100% of the total qualified transaction via Maya QR
5. Qualified users may receive up to a maximum of P500 worth of cashback voucher/s each month.
6. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher in the Maya app.
   1. To redeem the cashback voucher, follow these steps:
   2. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
   3. Tap “Vouchers” on the home screen.
   4. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim.”
   5. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now.”
   6. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
   7. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance.
7. Users may qualify for the reward multiple times, as long as the maximum cashback amounting to P500 each month has not been met. After which, succeeding transactions in the same month will no longer be rewarded.
8. Qualified users will receive their cashback any time after their valid transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
9. This promo is applicable to unique and valid upgraded Maya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
10. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
11. QR payments made to Maya Negosyo merchants will not be qualified for the promo.
12. QR transactions made to Donation Billers, E-Sabong, Maya Mall, Schools and Government QR merchants will not be qualified for the promo.
13. Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos
14. Transactions made in-store using the Maya physical card will not be qualified for the promo.
15. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
16. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
17. Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts and accounts with suspicious or fraudulent activities even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
18. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
19. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – PHP50,000 for starter accounts and PHP100,000 for upgraded accounts.
