Promo Mechanics

 
  1. This promo is only open to employees of Sitel.
  2. For employees who want to join the exclusive raffle, they are required to sign-up on this form to signify their full consent.
  3. Sign-up period is from October 15 – 22, extended until Oct. 26, 2020.
  4. Once the employee signs–up, employee can start earning raffle entries.
  5. Promo duration will start from Nov. 3 – 11, 2020
  6. To earn raffle entries, the employees will have to do the following:
    1. For employees who already have an active PayMaya account, he/she will automatically get 1 raffle entry via SMS.
    2. For those without a PayMaya account, for a successful registration, the employee will get 1 raffle entry thru an SMS from PayMaya.
    3. For a successful upgrade (newly registered and existing PayMaya users who haven’t upgraded), the employee will get 1 raffle entry thru an SMS from PayMaya.
    4. For all employees (newly registered and existing users), any add money based on the valid add money channels or send money transaction will earn 1 raffle entry.
    5. Only 1 raffle entry will be given to either the first add money or send money transaction done during the promo period.
  7. An employee can earn a maximum of 3 raffle entries for the entire duration.
    1. NEW USER – Registration, Upgrade, Send Money / Add Money
    2. EXISTING USER – Automatic Raffle as an Employee, Upgrade, Send Money/ Add Money
  8. All successful entries will be picked randomly via random.org
  9. Total Prize of P15,000 PayMaya credits to be credited after the promo period.

    1 winner of P5,000 PayMaya credits
    1 winner of P3,000 PayMaya credits1 winner of P2,000 PayMaya credits
  10. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
  11. All valid entries will be drawn on November 13, 2020.
  12. All entries will be submitted to the Human Resources department of Sitel Philippines to verify if winners are actively employed.
  13. Once verified, winners will be announced thru the official company e-mail or company intranet (wherever applicable) on November 16.
  14. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rebates or rewards to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
  15. PayMaya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their reward on time. The reward can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
  16. Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies PayMaya of mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within 30 days from the end of the promo period. The decision of PayMaya on the complaint with concurrence of Sitel Philippines shall be considered final.
