We all look forward to the weekend after a busy week, whether for bonding time with family and friends or  a bit of much-needed “me” time.

If you’re still thinking of what to this weekend, here are a few simple but fun suggestions you could try:

## **#1  Grab some much needed sleep**

### ****

Contrary to what many people think, resting your weekend away isn’t a waste of time! You have to take care of your body and make sure that you’re well rested for the coming work week.

If you can squeeze in some skin care routine to your bed time, that would be more fun!

## **#2  Read a book or binge-watch a new series**

### ****

If you’re a busy corporate creature, you surely have tons of books and TV shows piled under DNF (did not finish)!

Take advantage of the 48 hours you have over the weekend to get a head start on your list!

## **#3  Meet your friends over lunch or dinner**

Weekdays leave no room for meeting friends because most of us are packed with school or work schedules.

What more perfect way than to do it on a weekend? Grab the opportunity to catch up with everyone over good coffee or meals.

## **#4  Take a mini-vacation**

### ****

If overnight trips sound too much planning for you, you can take day tours to places near the Metro!

Take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city by beach bumming in Batangas, mountain climbing in Rizal, or visiting museums in Antipolo.

## **#5  Watch a movie**

### ****

No need to settle for the last full show on weekdays! Chill at the cinemas and watch the latest movies that you’ve been wanting to see.

As a special treat, we’re giving [up to P200 cashback](https://www.paymaya.com/deals/robinsons-movieworld/get-30-cashback-on-your-movie-tickets-2019) to all the movie lovers out there!
