2. List of qualified activities for a user to be eligible for a raffle entry:
   1. Buy load
   2. Pay bill
   3. Pay with Paymaya
   4. Scan with QR
   5. Pay with Maya card
   6. Deposit to Savings
3. A qualified Maya user can only win once (1x) within the entire promo duration.
4. Raffle entries earned for each week are cumulative only for the duration of the respective weekly promo run.
5. New users who signed up to Maya for the week’s raffle should Cash In at least P200 until Sunday of that week.
6. Raffle winners will be notified through their Maya registered email, mobile number, wherein proof of notice can be verified.
7. A Maya representative will get in touch with the raffle winners via phone call to verify their identity. Failure for the raffle winner to verify via call up to 5 attempts will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
8. The list of winners will be posted on Maya’s social media channels and SpinGo’s Friday next week’s episode.
9. Prize money will be credited directly to the Maya Wallet of the winners within fifteen (15) working days after they have confirmed their details with the authorized Maya representatives.
10. Maya reserves the right to use the name, image and video of the raffle winners for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without further compensation.
11. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.

General Terms and Conditions

1. This promo is applicable only to unique and valid Maya Consumer accounts registered under a unique mobile number and mobile device. User will not be eligible to participate in the promo if he/she creates multiple accounts using one mobile device. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
2. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
3. All Maya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
4. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya Consumer accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit beyond the maximum reward, even if already issued.
5. Maya users with duplicate accounts or transactions cannot participate in this promo/raffle. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account.
6. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
7. Prize redemption should be within 60 days upon receipt of registered notice and may be forfeited after the redemption period has lapsed. Upon prior approval of the DTI.
8. Maya reserves the right to disqualify or withhold granting of rewards of those found out to be abusing the Maya system or committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system.
9. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled, voided, refunded, or declined, whether the cancellation is customer, biller or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the rewards has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
10. All regular and contractual employees of Maya Philippines, Inc. and its third-party suppliers, Voyager Innovations, Inc. and the MVP Group of Companies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
11. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit beyond the maximum reward, even if already issued.
12. Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya of mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within 30 calendar days from the end of the promo period.
13. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
14. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – Php 50,000 for starter accounts and Php 100,000 for upgraded accounts.
15. Deposits are insured by PDIC up to P500,000 per depositor. Maya is regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
