To qualify for the transfer fee rebate in the form of Maya credits, the agent must:
Register the new customer within the promo period
Successfully process any Padala amount via Claim Anywhere option
Rebate can be availed of only once for every newly registered customer.
A maximum of PhP500 worth of accumulated transfer fees can be earned as a rebate. Rebate will be received within 3 to 5 working days after the successful transaction/s or up to 14 business days after the promo period, subject to the account’s aggregate limit.
Credits are non-transferable and may not be converted to gift certificate or any kind.
Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined – whether the customer or the system initiates the cancellation, or when the said transaction was found to violate the Terms and Conditions of Maya with regard to promo such as fraud or gamification – Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback and reward, even if it has already been credited.
If the balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance nor withdrawn when their balance is sufficient.
Maya reserves the right to refuse to award the cashback and reward to accounts that are suspected to be invalid, fraudulent, or being utilized for gamification (i.e., abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
