- Will receive a promo SMS from Maya
- With an active loan offer, but has never availed of a loan
- With up to ₱10,000 loan offer only
- To join the promo, eligible users must avail of a loan of any amount and tenor within the promo period.
- Merchant will earn only 1 raffle entry upon getting their first loan and can only win one-time during this promo

- To be part of the raffle draw, eligible users:
- Should not be tagged with past due loan or as a delinquent borrower before the raffle draw date. If tagged as a delinquent borrower they’re raffle ticket will be forfeited or voided and thus will be removed from the list for the raffle draw.
- Those who have not yet been picked in the raffle will still be part of the succeeding raffle draw until the last raffle draw date
- Raffle winner selection:
- Raffle will be conducted along with the presence of an organic employee from the MSME & Retail team and employee from the legal & compliance team as witness. The raffle will be recorded via Teams call.
- Winners of the raffle draw prize will depend on the loan amount of winning entry. Refer to sample scenarios:
- If winner got a ₱5,000 loan and won the raffle their raffle prize will be ₱5,000
- If winner got a ₱10,000 loan and won the raffle their raffle prize will be ₱10,000
- Campaign monitoring and disbursement of raffle prize:
- List of eligible users to join the promo will be provided by the MSME & Retail team’s assigned Data & Analytics team. Every 2 weeks the data refreshes its list of new whitelist users who are eligible to join the promo.
- Monitoring will be taken care of the MSME & Retail team’s assigned Data & Analytics and Marketing team. There will be a weekly monitoring of campaign performance.
- Disbursement of raffle prize will be processed within 7 banking days after raffle draw date which will be care of the assigned Marketing team. The rewards of the raffle winners will be credited in their Maya Business wallet or business deposit account.
General Terms and Conditions:
- Maya reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or claw back rewards issued erroneously or obtained through fraud or abuse of the system.
- Users who are blacklisted or have duplicate accounts are not eligible for the promo.
- Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards if any fraudulent activity is detected.
