Join Maya at PH Startup Week!

Pre-event

1. Attendees must RSVP online prior to the event. This event is strictly BY-INVITE ONLY. If you're keen to join, RSVP now. Post your RSVP, our organizers will assess your details, and tickets will be released 3 days before the event. Keep an eye on your email and HelixPay account for updates.
   1. One (1) e-ticket is equivalent only to one (1) entry of the person. Make sure that your name is present on the e-ticket, if you are registering tickets for someone you know, please coordinate with the organizers for a name change for an e-ticket.
2. If the participant has previously tested positive for COVID-19 or experiencing any of the following symptoms: shortness or difficulty breathing, fever, cough, chills, muscle pain, sore through, loss of smell or taste; they must be at least 14 days post-positive test and a minimum of 72 hours symptom-free prior to the event date to attend. Kindly coordinate with the event organizers.

On the event day

1. BE ON TIME. Registration starts at 5 pm, and the event will start exactly at 6 pm.
2. Attire: Smart Casual
3. Travel to the Maya LaunchPad. Check Onsite Venue: HERE
   1. Traveling via commute: From Edsa, take the tricycle from either the Robinsons Tricycle Terminal or SMDC Light Mall (Madison Street Entrance), and indicate to the driver to take you to the LaunchPad building and drop you at the front entrance.
   2. Traveling via personal car: There are paid parking options near the area:
      1. Pioneer Street Market (Beside HMR and in front of Maya Launchpad)
      2. Sheridan Pro Parking (Beside Maya Launchpad)
      3. Mayflower Parking (Near Greenfield)
4. Proceed to the main LaunchPad entrance (entrance beside the big red ball). Indicate to the Ground Floor Lobby that you are a Maya Visitor, and proceed to the 7F.
5. At the 7F, move along to the registration booth, and present the following: A unique QR code of your e-ticket and one (1) valid ID. (Name and identity should be the same on both)
   1. Registration starts as early as 5 pm.
   2. The organizers have the right to refuse entry to the event, on the judgment of security and privacy.
6. While you’re at the Maya LaunchPad, always stay together with the group organizers and other participants.

8. Prohibited items: Illegal substances, sharp objects or weapons of any kind, smoking and vaping, flammable materials, pets, lighters/candles/fireworks, and any other type of pyrotechnics.
