Winner Selection:
- Only successful and completed transactions made during the promo period are eligible for raffle entries.
- Raffle entries are earned separately for load, QRPh, and Instapay transactions.
- Winners will be selected through a raffle draw after the promo period.
- Winners will be notified via SMS sent to their registered mobile number in the app. Maya Business representatives may also contact winners regarding prize claiming.
- If a merchant is drawn more than once during the raffle draw, only the prize with highest value will be awarded. The lower value prize will be forfeited and re-drawn.
- If a retailer wins the e-bike prize, the retailer’s Community Leader will also win an e-bike. This recognizes the Community Leader’s role in supporting retailers within their network.
- Winners must claim their prizes within sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of the official notification from Maya Business. Failure to claim the prize within the prescribed 60-day claiming period shall constitute a forfeiture of the prize.
- Winners for the raffle draw will no longer be eligible for subsequent raffle draws.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
General Terms and Conditions
- Maya reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or claw back rewards issued erroneously or obtained through fraud or abuse of the system.
- Users who are blacklisted or have duplicate accounts are not eligible for the promo.
- Maya reserves the right to withdraw or claw back from their Maya Account rewards or prizes if one person has received the prize or benefit erroneously, through gaming, deceit, or fraudulent means, even if it has already been issued.
- Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel, claw back or withdraw the prize or benefit if the account is proven to be a duplicate account or the participant is blacklisted.
- Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts or cancel, claw back or withdraw the prize or benefit, that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e., abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
- Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is back to within the allowable limits – P1,000,000.
- The MBC Retailer Raffle Promo is open only to qualified and eligible Maya Business merchants who satisfy all promo requirements. Maya employees and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are excluded in the promo to ensure fairness and avoid conflicts of interest.
