1. Why is PayMaya Enterprise being renamed to Maya Business?

As part of our brand transformation from PayMaya to Maya, PayMaya Enterprise is also changing its name to Maya Business. We will continue to support your business to greater heights and develop payment and banking-powered tools and solutions that open the endless opportunities for growth.

With this change, we have changed the names of our online solutions which you can find below:

2. Will there be changes in how I access my dashboard?

We’ve moved the domain for Maya Business Manager to Maya.ph. To access your dashboard, just follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go to maya.ph/business/businessmanager
Step 2: Enter your credentials
Step 3: Click log-in

3. Will I still be able to offer the same payment methods to my customers?

Yes, you will still be able to accept payments for credit cards (Mastercard ,Visa, JCB, AMEX), debit cards (Mastercard, VISA, Bancnet) and e-wallets (Maya, QRPH, GCash, ShopeePay, GrabPay, WeChat Pay).

4. Will there be changes in the rates?

The rates of the services you’re currently subscribed to will have no change as we transition to Maya Business. For any clarifications, you may contact your respective relationship managers or send an email to business.support@maya.ph

5. Will there be a need to update our own marketing materials on our social media pages and websites?  

Yes, we will be providing brand guidelines and how to use our logos soon through your respective relationship managers.

6. Will there be changes in the contract?

Your current contract with us will remain unchanged, as all terms and conditions

7. Where can I reach out if I have questions or concerns?

We have moved our support e-mails to the Maya.ph domain.

Yes. Make sure that you update the software on your terminal by doing the following:

Step 1 - Make sure that your device is connected to the internet.
Step 2 - Ensure that your device has at least 50% battery power and is plugged in the power source.
Step 3 - Accept the notification to update the device, which will pop up in the Maya Terminal Screen

8. Will there be new merchandise that will be provided for us?

Yes, we’re working on rolling out our refreshed merchandise for your business. Kindly wait for your relationship manager to get in touch with you to schedule the delivery of these items.
