1. Promo Duration: July 1 to July 30, 2026.
2. This promo is open to all new and existing Maya Business merchants who:
   1. Successfully joined the official FB Private Group ‘Maya Center Agents’ during the promo period
   2. Submitted qualified post content entries following the promo mechanics
3. The merchant is eligible to earn multiple raffle entries through the following:
   1. Request to join the official FB Private Group “Maya Center Agents” to earn one (1) raffle entry.
   2. Merchants who join during weekends will receive five (5) additional raffle entries.
   3. Rate Maya Business app on playstore and app store and answer the question "What's your favorite feature on Maya Business?"  Include #MayaBusiness additional five (5) entries.
   4. Publish a photo or video content on their public social media accounts (Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube) showing a real moment of using Maya Negosyo within the promo period to earn four (5) raffle entries.
   5. Members may publish the same content inside the FB Private Group within the promo period to earn five (5) additional raffle entries.
4. Content must show an actual use of Maya Negosyo:
   1. Create a public post showing the actual use of Maya Negosyo and answer: “Bakit ito ang favorite mong feature?”
   2. The Maya Negosyo app must be clearly visible in the content, including any of the following features:
      • QR acceptance
      • Sell load
      • Bills payment
      • InstaPay sending
      • Maya Advance
   3. The social media post must contain any one of the following:
      • A photo or selfie while using the Maya Negosyo app
      • A screenshot of an actual transaction or app usage (home/dashboard/feature in use)
      • A short video showing how the merchant uses Maya Negosyo
   4. Content must be based on the merchant’s actual experience.
   5. For public posts, the required hashtags #MayaBusiness and #KwentongMayaBusiness must be included for tracking purposes.
   6. Social media accounts must remain public during the promo period for validation purposes.
5. One (1) winner will receive a ₱10,000 grocery package every two (2) weeks, following the timeline below:

General Terms and Conditions

1. By joining the promo, participants agree that their submitted content may be used by Maya Business.
2. Maya reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or claw back rewards issued erroneously or obtained through fraud or abuse of the system.
3. Users who are blacklisted or have duplicate accounts are not eligible for the promo.
4. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards if any fraudulent activity is detected.
5. For inquiries, users may call (02) 8845 7777 or contact their assigned Maya Solutions Accredited Partner.
6. For concerns or complaints, cardholders may contact Maya Customer Support via the Maya App. Unresolved concerns may be escalated to the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) through the BSP Consumer Assistance Mechanism (CAM).
7. For this promo the participants data will be processed for promo administration, monitoring and raffle purpose, subject to user content.
