Cash in from BDO

Via Instapay

1. Log in to your BDO Online app
2. Choose Send Money > To Another Local Bank
3. Choose Maya Philippines, Inc. as the destination
4. Fill in the details
5. Enter the One-Time PIN sent to your phone or generated by your BDO app’s OTP generator
6. Confirm details
7. You will be notified via SMS that transaction is successful

Note: There is a minimum of P100 and maximum of P50,000 per transaction.

Via Over-the-Counter

1. Visit any BDO Branch
2. Fill out a BDO Cash Transaction Slip
3. Check "Bills Payment" box and provide the following:
   1. Company Name: Maya Philippines, Inc.
   2. Subscriber's Name (Registered Maya Name)
   3. Subscriber's Account No. (the 12-digit mobile number linked to your Maya account)
   4. Transaction amount (minimum of P500)
4. Present the form and your payment to the teller
5. Wait for the SMS confirmation before leaving the branch
