Government MGM Promo

Promo Mechanics:

Promo period is from April 1 – May 31, 2021.
This program is open to NEW users who will register to Maya and make his/her first-ever government payment using Maya.
The newly-registered Maya user will be rewarded a PHP50.00 Maya voucher automatically once he/she completes the following steps in the sequence provided below:
1. Download the Maya app and register using the referral code: PAYMAYAGOV
  • The app version must at least be Version 2.17 for Android and Version 2.1.0 for iOS
2. Successfully upgrade his/her account. For more information on the upgrade process, please refer to https://www.maya.ph/quick-guide/upgrade
3. Make his/her FIRST government payment transaction at the qualified agency’s WEBSITE OR APP and pay using his/her Maya-registered mobile number.
  • A minimum transaction amount worth PHP1,500 is required.
The PHP50.00 voucher reward will not be credited to the user if he/she fails to input the code PAYMAYAGOV before upgrading his/her account. The reward will only be credited if the exact sequence detailed above is followed.

To redeem the reward voucher, follow these steps:
1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account
2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen of the app
3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
6. The redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance
7. Qualified users will receive their voucher any time after their valid transaction to up to fourteen

The reward will not be given if an existing Maya user creates another account using a different mobile number.
Any user who uses another referral/invite code, upgrades his/her account after the end of the promo period will not receive the reward.
This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the prize or benefit.
Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rebates or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their reward on time. The reward can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya of mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within 30 days from the end of the promo period.
