   1. Login to pay with your Maya Number online at our partner merchants and stores via web checkout page.
   2. Scan to Pay QR with Maya at our partner online & retail merchants.
   3. Pay with Maya Card (Virtual or Physical VISA/Mastercard) when you shop online or in retail.
3. The total spend required to qualify for cashback will be ₱2,000 for the entire promo duration.

5. This promo is applicable to Maya consumer accountholders who are currently residing in the Philippines and have valid and unique basic and upgraded Maya accounts.
6. Each qualified and verified Maya payment (Number, Card, or QR) corresponds to guaranteed rewards in the form of cashback.
7. Each Maya payment must be validated, posted or settled within the system to qualify for the promo. Transactions are not considered to be qualified in the event that a Maya number, card, or QR payment is cancelled, declined, refunded or voided.
8. All prizes to be shouldered by Maya Philippines, Inc.

On the ₱50 cashback reward for new users:

9. Eligible participants of this promo are new users who do not have an existing account and will sign up for Maya within the promo period, with a mobile number from any of the local telco providers (i.e. Globe/TM, DITO, etc), who are currently residing in the Philippines.
10. Users must use the code “MAYALOVESMOM” upon downloading the Maya app qualify for cashback and rewards for the entire promo duration.
11. Users who use the code shall do the following to qualify for the promo:
    1. Create or sign up to open a Maya account using any of the invite code mentioned above
    2. Cash-in at least ₱20
    3. Upgrade or verify the Maya account AND spend in our select partners in the aforementioned destinations at Minimum spend of ₱20. Qualified transactions are as follows:
       1. Pay via Maya QR (except Negosyo QR merchants)
       2. Pay using Maya virtual card or physical card online or in-store
12. Upgrade and first transaction can be done in any order.
13. Only transactions made with merchants mentioned above will qualify for the free Instapay cash-ins and transfers and ₱50 cashback.
14. Each qualified and verified Maya payment (Card or QR) corresponds to guaranteed rewards in the form of the following:
    1. Free 1x InstaPay Cash-in,
    2. Free 5x transfer to e-wallets and other banks for 3 months, and
    3. ₱50 cashback when you transact with a minimum spend of ₱20 using Maya for the first time in select merchants
15. To redeem the reward voucher, follow these steps:
16. Open the Maya app and log in to your account
17. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
18. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
19. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
20. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
21. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance.

On the ₱5 / ₱50 / ₱500 cashback reward:

16. For each qualified Maya payment made during the promo period, qualified users will receive either ₱5, ₱50, or ₱500 cashback.
17. Qualified users may only receive rewards up to a maximum of 1x for the whole promo duration.
18. Users will receive a notification of the voucher redemption via in-app notification.
19. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher in the Maya app.
    1. To redeem the cashback voucher, follow these steps:
    2. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
    3. Tap “Vouchers” on the home screen.
    4. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim.”
    5. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now.”.
    6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance.
20. Qualified users may receive their cashback any time after their valid transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.

General:

32. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
33. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
34. Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) made to Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager merchants or submerchants are not qualified for the promo.
35. Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) made to Donation Billers, E-Sabong, Schools, other apps with wallet or e-wallet capabilities (such as but not limited to Lazada, ShopeePay, etc.) and Government merchants will not be qualified for the promo.
36. Payments made to or purchases of cash equivalent instruments, financial institutions, financial assets, insurances, ATM withdrawals, gambling/gaming chips, and other quasi cash transactions are also not qualified for the promo.
37. Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) or transactions made to merchants within the crypto space are not qualified for the promo. (e.g PDAX cash-in, other VASPs to be enabled where Maya payments are accepted, etc.)
38. Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos
39. Maya users with duplicate accounts cannot participate in this promo/raffle. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account.
40. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
41. Those who are found out to be abusing the Maya system or committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
42. Maya reserves the right to withhold granting of rewards where there is a proven fraudulent customer activity that requires further investigation.
