Maya Savings Save & Earn Raffle Promo

Promo runs from November 1-30, 2023
The promo is open to upgraded Maya users (consumer accounts only) with Maya Savings balance of 0 to ₱100 only as of September 30, 2023.
Qualified users must accomplish the tasks below within the promo period to get a raffle entry:
1. Deposit to Maya Savings account from their Maya Wallet during the promo period
2. Keep the deposit in their Maya Savings account until the end of the promo period
3. Final deposit balance at the end of the promo period will be the sole basis of qualified users’ cashback rewards
Qualified users will get the corresponding reward depending on their qualified deposit amount tier as seen below:

Qualified users can avail of the reward only once during the promo period.
Deposits made via instapay or pesonet to their Maya Savings accounts will not be considered for the raffle entry.
Qualified users will receive an in-app push notification after they have completed the qualified transaction to inform them of their automatic raffle entry.
Customer will not need to register their transaction to receive raffle Maya will automatically detect qualified transactions to record the user’s raffle entry.
Qualified user may only receive one-time cashback reward of up to maximum of ₱500 cash back.
1,000 winners will only be rewarded per tier.
Qualified users per tier will be based on their:
1. Maya Savings balance as of last day of promo period
2. Earliest date of achievement of Maya Savings balance as of last day of promo period
User who qualifies for multiple deposit tiers raffle entries will be considered for the highest deposit tier they are eligible for.
Rewards of qualified users will be credited directly to their Maya Savings account anytime from the date of their qualified transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period. Should there be system limitations, rewards of qualified users will instead be credited directly to their Wallet anytime from the date of their qualified transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
Deadline of submission of raffle entries is on November 30, 2023.
The raffle draw will be held on 14,2023 in the presence of a DTI representative. Raffle winners will be announced on Maya’s website.
Raffle winners will be notified by Maya via their Maya-registered e-mail Raffle winner must acknowledge and respond by sending the following documents via e-mail to winner@maya.ph prior to the awarding of the prizes:
1. Full Name
2. Maya-registered Mobile Number
3. Present Address
4. One (1) Valid ID (Passport, SSS, PhilHealth, UMID) reflecting present address
Winners will be given a maximum of sixty (60) days to acknowledge via e-mail sent to winner@maya.ph their intent to claim their raffle prize . Failure to revert to the Maya team will forfeit their eligibility to claim their raffle prize with prior DTI Maya reserves the right to award the prize to the other winners after sixty days.
Should the user be qualified for daily interest of 6% per annum, computation and crediting of their interest earned will start on the day the reward is credited to the qualified user’s Maya Savings account.
For rewards credited to Savings:
1. After completing deposit amount balance by the end of the promo period, users will receive their reward via direct credits to their Savings account amounting between ₱20 to ₱500 cashback.
2. The cashback deposited to Maya Savings will be reflected as “Rewards to Savings” on the Savings Transaction History Screen.
Failure to create a Maya Savings account within the promo period will lead to expiration and forfeiture of the cashback reward.
This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
Maya account holders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in the promo.
Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App (formerly PayMaya Negosyo) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited.
Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from user’s If user’s balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when user’s balance is sufficient.
Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
Maya reserves the right to withhold the granting of rewards where there is a suspected or suspicious customer activity that requires further investigation.
If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
Should the qualified transaction be canceled, voided, refunded, or declined, whether the cancellation is customer, biller or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the rewards equivalent to the canceled payment transaction, even if the reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/rewards credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of the withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit balance not withdrawn when your balance becomes sufficient.
Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
