1. This promo is open from April 12-25, 2024.
2. All new and existing upgraded Maya users who will buy and send the following Smart Load to another mobile number will get 15% cashback.
   1. Regular Load 200
   2. Regular Load 300
   3. Regular Load 500
3. The mobile number who purchased the load tagged as reseller/gifter gets 15% cashback for every load purchase. Maximum of P150 cashback.
4. Qualified users will receive their voucher anytime up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period to reconcile and verify user activity with system voucher rewarding.
5. Unclaimed vouchers will expire within 60 days upon receipt of voucher.
6. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
7. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
8. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of voucher or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
9. Promo prizes are non-convertible.
10.  Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya App, and the management and fulfillment of prizes under this promotion. Accordingly, the following disqualifications and limitations shall apply:
    1. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo.
    2. This promo is applicable to unique, valid and verified Maya accounts only. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
    3. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the voucher or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or if the participant is blacklisted.
    4. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of vouchers or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
    5. Maya reserves the right to withdraw voucher or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
11.  Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
