1. The promo will run from April 1-30, 2024.
2. The promo is open to select upgraded Maya users who will buy load via Maya Shop during the indicated promo period only and will receive the following targeted in-app notification from Maya:
   1. Unli P20 cashback just for you! Get cashback every time you reach an accumulated spend of up to P1,000 on load. T&Cs apply.
3. Only users who will receive the targeted marketing notifications via SMS or Push Notifications within the given time period are qualified to participate in the promo during the same month. A user who did not receive the targeted marketing notification in a given month is not qualified to join the promo in the same month.
4. Self-load or gifted transactions will qualify for rewards.
5. Leg 1: Get P20 cashback every time you reach P500 worth of total load purchase from Smart, TNT, DITO and P1,000 worth of total load purchase from Globe, TM from April 1-30, 2024.
6. Qualified users who have accumulated PHP3,000 worth of load purchases by April 20, 2024, 11:59 PM, will qualify in Leg 2 of Buy Load Challenge.
7. Leg 2: Get up to Php500 cashback when you reach a total spend from April 21-30, 2024, with either of the following range:
   1. Spend a total between Php2000-4000, get 2% cashback
   2. Spend a total between Php4001-5000, get 5% cashback
   3. Spend a total between Php5001 & up, get 10% cashback, maximum reward of Php500.
8. Qualified users will receive their cashback in the form of a claimable cashback voucher.
9. To redeem the cashback voucher, follow these steps:
   1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account
   2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
   5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
   6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance
10. Qualified users will receive their cashback anytime from their qualified transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period to reconcile and verify user activity with system voucher rewarding.
11. Unclaimed vouchers will expire within 60 days upon receipt of voucher.
12. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
13. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
14. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
15. Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
16. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
17. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo.
18. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.

20. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
