How To Cash In
- Dalhin ang barya sa pinakamalapit na BSP Coin Deposit Machine
- Ilagay lahat ng barya sa coin slot at pindutin ang 'A' button para mabilang ang barya
- Pagkabilang ng barya, piliin ang Maya
- Buksan ang Maya app at pindutin ang 'Cash in' button
- I-type sa machine ang total amount ng barya na nasa CoDM screen upang makuha ang cash in code
- I-type ang nakuhang cash in code para ma-transfer ang halaga ng barya sa Maya app
The BSP is deploying coin deposit machines, or CoDMs, in partner retail establishments across the Greater Manila Area to encourage the public to deposit their idle coins in the CoDMs and to promote efficient coin recirculation in the country.
Through the CoDM project, the BSP aims to address the artificial coin shortage in certain areas of the country and help ensure that only fit and legal tender currency is readily available for public use.

How do I cash in through BSP-CoDM?
You can cash in to your Maya account with these easy steps:
- Look for BSP Coin Deposit Machines
- Select "New Transaction"
- Tap "Proceed"
- Follow the Deposit Procedure
- Tap "Maya" from the list of destination accounts
- Log in to your Maya app and tap the “Cash In” icon on the home screen.
- Search and tap the BSP-CoDM logo.
- Enter the total amount shown in the Coin Deposit Machine and tap “Continue” to generate your 7-digit Cash In code.
- Type in your 7-digit code in the BSP Coin Machine and press Continue.
- Wait for a machine receipt and SMS confirmation before leaving the kiosk.
Is there a Cash In limit on my account?
You can cash in up to Php 100,000.00 if your account is fully upgraded. If you wish to upgrade, you can visit maya.ph/quick-guide/upgrade to find out how.
Is there a way I can check my Cash In Limit?
You can track your account daily and monthly cash in limits by doing the following:
- Log in to your Maya Account.
- Once logged in, tap on the menu page located at the top left of your screen.
- Select “Account Limits”.
- From here, you can view the daily and monthly limits of your Maya account.
Daily cash in limits reset on the next day while monthly cash in limits reset on the first day of the following month.
After clicking Maya and tapping continue in the screen, it showed an error ‘Something went wrong?’ What should I do?
- Make sure to keep the printed transaction receipt from the machine with the QR code and transaction number. You may use this to retry the transaction by simply clicking the "Continue a transaction" from the home screen of the BSP-CoDM Kiosk.
- To Continue a transaction:
- You may use the QR code scanner of the coin deposit machine to scan the QR printed in receipt; or
- input the transaction number also printed in the receipt
- You will be asked to enter a cash in code.
- Log in to your Maya app and tap the “Cash In” icon on the home screen.
- Search and tap the BSP-CoDM logo.
- Enter the total amount shown in the BSP Coin Deposit Machine and tap “Continue” to generate your 7-digit Cash In code.
- Type in your 7-digit code in the BSP Coin Deposit Machine and press "Continue".
- Wait for a machine receipt and SMS confirmation before leaving the kiosk.
Error ‘Something went wrong’ kept on showing even if I retried the transaction, what do I do?
If the error keeps showing, kindly retry the transaction after a few minutes. If the problem still persists you may contact customer support at +63 (02) 8 689 3599 or email at codmproject.ph@brinks.com

"Amount and Cash-In code do not match" error is showing in the BSP-CoDM, what should I do?
When generating a Cash in code, make sure that the amount being entered in the Maya app is the same amount reflected in the BSP-CodM screen.

How do I generate a valid Cash In code?
Follow these steps to generate a valid Cash In code.
- Log in to your Maya app and tap the “Cash In” icon on the home screen.
- Search and tap the BSP-CoDM logo.
- Enter the total amount shown in the BSP Coin Deposit Machine and tap “Continue” to generate your 7-digit Cash In code.
- Type in your 7-digit code in the BSP Coin Deposit Machine and press "Continue".
How do I know that the officers I am talking to are official Maya agents and not ones who are out to scam me of my money?
Our officers will never ask you for the following:
- Password or One-Time password
- Your PIN
- Complete Card Number with CVV
- Expiry Date
IMPORTANT: If anyone asks any of these information from you, you can report them to our hotline at (632) 8845-77-88 or Toll Free: 1800-1084-57788. You should also immediately change your passwords and your PINs.
