No. Only transactions made with merchants in the Philippines are eligible. Transactions processed by international merchants are excluded.
The following are not eligible for cashback:
- Gambling, gaming, betting, or similar transactions
- Refunded, cancelled, declined, or voided transactions
- Transactions with international merchants
- Transactions that are not posted or settled
- Transactions found to be fraudulent or abusive
Your cashback will be automatically credited to your Maya Wallet once your qualified card transaction has been successfully posted. A push notification will be sent for confirmation
Yes. You can earn up to ₱3,000 cashback per user per month.
No. Only qualified purchases made using your Maya Card at eligible merchants are covered by the promo.
Your cashback will be credited to your Maya Wallet. You may check your wallet balance and transaction history in the Maya app.
- Transactions made using Maya on gambling, gaming, betting, or similar platforms are not eligible to earn a cashback under this promo.
- Only users who make qualified purchases using their Maya Card through POS terminals at offline merchants, as well as qualified transactions at online merchants in the Philippines.
- Each payment transaction must be validated, posted, or settled within the system to qualify for the promo.
- Cashback rewards are max at ₱3K per user per month
- The promo is non-cumulative, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed priced items, unless otherwise provided.
- Transactions are not considered qualified if a Maya number or card is cancelled, declined, refunded, or voided.
- If a cashback has already been awarded and the violation or proven fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the cashback given with notification after the clawback.
- Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback to accounts that are invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
- Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya app, and the management and fulfillment of cashbacks under this promotion. The cashback received by a qualified cardholder shall be deemed final unless the cardholder files a complaint within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the cashback.
- Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who have violated or are subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
- Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the cardholder forfeit their cashback with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB. In case of disputes regarding cardholder’s eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, and fulfillment, Maya's decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI. Maya reserves the right to withhold granting of rewards where there are proven user activities that require further investigation.
- Maya reserves the right to debit any reward credited from the cardholder’s balance. If balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn once it is sufficient.
- Maya Philippines Inc. are the sole controller and processor of all personal information of participants under this Promotion. Promotion participants agree to solely rely on the Maya Data Privacy policy in connection with the personal data they provide for participation in this promotion.
