Terms and Conditions

1. This program is open to new PayMaya accounts holders who own a valid Philippine Professional Teaching License, and is currently residing in the Philippines.
2. Inputting of invite code PYMYGABAYGURO is available to all newly registered PayMaya accounts from October 3 - 20, 2020.
3. The program is only qualified to PayMaya accounts running on the following PayMaya app releases and above:
   
   1. Version 2.17 on Android
   2. Version 2.1.0 on iOS
4. The user must enter the PYMYGABAYGURO invite code upon registering in the PayMaya app.
   
5. The user will be rewarded with one (1) raffle entry once he/she successfully enters the PYMYGABAYGURO invite code upon registering in the PayMaya app.
6. The user will not be rewarded a raffle entry if he/she registers or creates a PayMaya account without inputting the required invite code.
   
7. The reward will not be given if a pre-existing PayMaya user creates another account with a different mobile number.
   
8. Only users who enter the official invite code, PYMYGABAYGURO, are eligible to get a raffle entry.
   
9. Users who enter any other invite codes upon registration are not eligible to get a valid entry for this specific raffle.
10. Program period is from October 3-10, 2020. Promo is extended until October 20, 2020, as approved by DTI-FTEB.
11. Valid registrations using the official invite code will start on October 3, 2020 2:00pm until October 20, 2020 11:59PM.
12. The participants must register for a PayMaya account using the official invite code within the promo period. Registrations of account after 11:59PM on October 20, 2020 will not be credited as valid.
13. The grand raffle draw will be on October 22, 2020, Monday, and will be announced to the public on October 30, 2020. The promo organizer’s decision to award the promo prizes to the selected winners is final with the concurrence of DTI.
14. There will be a total of one hundred eleven (111) winners. Prize amount totals to Php 300,000.00, with specific winner allocation/distribution below:
    1 winner to receive Php 100,000.00
    10 winners to receive Php 10,000.00
    100 winners to receive Php 1,000.00
15. The raffle draw will take place online and will be conducted in the presence of a DTI representative.
16. The name of the grand winner will be announced in the official (www.facebook.com/PayMayaOfficial) of PayMaya.
17. The winner will be notified via registered mail and phone call to their PayMaya-registered mobile number. A PayMaya representative will get in touch with the winners to verify their identity and to give further instructions on prize redemption.
18. The winner must present a valid Philippine Professional Teaching License to claim his prize.
19. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the prize or benefit.
20. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted are automatically disqualified to join in this promo.
21. Users who are not teachers by profession and do not have a valid Philippine Professional Teaching License are automatically disqualified from joining this promo.
22. All regular and contractual employees of PayMaya Philippines, Inc., Voyager Innovations, Inc., Fintqnologies Corp., Philippine Long Distance Telephone Inc., Smart Communications, Inc., Ideas x Machina (advertising agency), including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
23. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rebates or rewards to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
24. PayMaya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their reward on time. The reward can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
25. Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies PayMaya of mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within 30 days from the end of the promo period. The decision of PayMaya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
