1. Promo Period: May 23, 2022 – July 15, 2022
2. Eligibility: 
   1. This promo is open to all Free Bee app users outside of the Philippines (except in Iran, Cuba, Ukraine (Crimea Region), Syria, and North Korea) with an active Philippine mobile number and who do not yet have a Maya account 
   2. Free Bee users must click on any of the Free Bee x Maya promo ads on Facebook or the link from the Free Bee in-app notification to download the Maya app. 
   3. Free Bee user must use any Philippine number to register to Maya.
   4. Once the Maya app is installed, the Free Bee user must: 
      1. Register an active Philippine mobile number 
      2. Enter the referral code FreeBeeMaya when creating their Maya account 
      3. Upgrade their Maya account.
3. Rewards: Free Bee users who successfully create and upgrade their Maya account will receive P100 credited to their Maya wallet, and a voucher code containing a 14-digit PIN code that they will encode in the Free Bee app to access their Free Bee Premium Call for All plan valid for 1 day.
4. Terms and Conditions for Free Bee Premium Call for All Plan PIN
   1. Free Bee pin must be loaded on Free Bee app within 30 days from date of receipt
   2. The activated Free Bee Pin is valid for one (1) day only
   3. PIN is valid for 1-time use only
   4. Only 10 unique numbers in the Philippines can be called using the Free Call for All premium call plan PIN.
   5. The Free Call for All premium call plan can only be used to call any PLDT landline, Smart, Sun and TNT mobile numbers in the Philippines.
   6. Calls are rounded up to the nearest minute.
5. Terms and Conditions for P100 Maya Credit Reward:
   1. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya consumer accounts only, registered under a unique mobile number and device. User will not be eligible to participate in the promo if he/she creates multiple accounts.
   2. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted by Maya cannot participate in this promo.
   3. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent.
   4. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards to invalid accounts, even if the user has already received the reward in case of violation of any of the terms and conditions of the promo.
   5. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, PayMaya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
   6. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.

The customer must notify Free Bee for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Free Bee on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final.
