2. Promo is open to all who will register for an account in the Maya app using the code “PURPLE”
3. Qualified users can earn raffle entries to win 1 of 50 exclusive BTS The Fact Photobooks 2021.
   1. 1 raffle entry = Register
   2. Additional 2 raffle entries = Use code and upgrade your account
   3. Additional 3 raffle entries = Add money with a min. of P700
4. Qualified users will receive their e-raffle entries via SMS
5. Users will earn additional 3 raffle entries only if they add money with a min. of P700 through the list of valid channels seen in Appendix A
6. There will be 50 winners of the exclusive BTS photobook for the entire promo. Taxes of prizes exceeding P10,000 will be shouldered by Maya
7. Draw date will be on July 2, 2021.
8. A winner can only win once.
9. Winners will be drawn electronically via randomizer.org with a DTI representative present during the draw.
10. Metro Manila winners will need to claim their prize at 6^th Floor, Launchpad Building, Sheridan cor Reliance St., Mandaluyong City. Provincial winners’ prizes will be shipped via courier and will be shouldered by Maya.
11. Upon claiming, winners must present one (1) valid ID.
12. Winners may also claim their prize through an authorized representative. The authorized representative should do the following upon claiming:
    1. Call the winner’s registered Maya number to confirm
    2. Present a signed authorization letter
    3. Present an original and photocopy of two (2) valid IDs of the winner
    4. Present an original and photocopy of two (2) valid IDs of the authorized representative
13. Winners have until 60 days from receipt of notification to claim the prize. Failure to claim will forfeit the prize prior to DTI approval.
14. Winners will be announced through Maya’s official Facebook Page
15. The winners must agree to be interviewed and featured in announcements to be made by Maya regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.
16. The winners must agree to have their photos and videos taken as part of the materials that will be produced regarding the promo.
17. Maya reserves the right to use the names, images, and videos of the winners for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation.
18. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
19. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
20. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
21. Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
22. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
23. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
24. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo within 30 days from the end of the promo period. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final.
