Sign up, upgrade and send money to get up to P100! 

1. Promo period is from April 1-30, 2022.
2. This promo is open only to customers who do not have a Maya account yet, with a mobile number from any of the local telco providers (i.e. Smart/Sun Cellular/TNT, Globe/TM, DITO, etc), who are currently residing in the Philippines, and will transact using Maya. Additionally, only users who created a new account (consumer) using the Maya app will be qualified to participate.
3. Users can participate in the promo and earn the rewards when they do the following in order:
   1. Create or sign up for a Maya account using the Maya app to get a P20 reward.
   2. Upgrade or verify the Maya account AND send any amount through the Send Money feature to a unique, verified Maya user to get an additional P80 reward.
4. Sending money must be done through Maya’s Send Money feature and receiving money must be through the Maya account to qualify for the promo. Sending money through the following are NOT qualified transactions:
   1. Maya to Bank Transfers (including but not limited to InstaPay and PESONet)
   2. Maya to Maya Center
   3. Bank Transfers to Maya (including but not limited to InstaPay and PESONet)
   4. Maya Center to Maya
5. The user can earn the P80 additional reward only after doing their first Send Money transaction of any amount to a unique, verified Maya user using the Send Money feature of their Maya app. 
6. A user can earn the rewards for this promo only once during the entire promo period and only after they accomplish the three activities in order; the necessary transactions must be cleared and posted before the user is credited with the reward.
7. Qualified users will receive a cashback voucher in the Maya app when they perform the above transactions during weekdays (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday).  From April 13-20, rewards will be credited directly to the users’ wallet balance.
8. If transactions above including registration, upgrade, and Send Money will be done on a weekend (Saturday, Sunday), the reward will be credited directly to the users’ wallet balance.
9. For the redemption of the cashback voucher reward, please follow these steps:
   1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
   2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”.
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
   5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
   6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance.
10. Existing Maya users along with those with merchant accounts and under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
11. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued.
12. This promo is applicable only to unique and valid Maya accounts created using the Maya app and registered under a unique mobile number and mobile device. User will not be eligible to participate in the promo if he/she creates multiple accounts using one mobile device. Moreover, accounts created outside of the Maya app are not eligible for this promo.
13. Maya users will receive rewards within a maximum of 14 business days after the promo period.
14. Refunded transactions made through the Maya will not qualify for this promo.
15. All Maya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
16. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
17. Maya reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
18. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited.  Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient. 
19. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@maya.ph.
20. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
