Promo Mechanics:
  

  1. Promo period is from September 18-30, 2019.
  2. This promo is open to all PayMaya users with upgraded accounts.
  3. To upgrade your account, you must:

    o Log in to your PayMaya account. Once in the app, access the menu then select UPGRADE YOUR ACCOUNT.  

    o Fill out the required information and make sure you have the following on hand:

    - Valid ID/s – You need at least one (1) primary ID or two (2) secondary IDs. For the list of valid and acceptable IDs, please visit  https://www.paymaya.com/upgrade
    - If the user is a minor, additional requirements include the parent’s/guardian’s valid ID, a signed parental consent form, a copy of the minor’s birth certificate, and proof of legal guardianship (if applicable)  

    o Record and submit a 4- to 5-second video selfie.  

    - When taking the video selfie, you must follow the instructions onscreen and take note of the required gestures. 
    - Make sure not to cover any part of your face and remember to position your head / face properly in the video capture frame. 

    o After recording your video selfie, review your application and click on SUBMIT.

    - You may monitor the status of your application by clicking on CHECK MY UPGRADE STATUS in the app menu.  
    - Once your upgrade application is approved, you will receive an SMS confirmation within 24 hours and can then start enjoying the features of your upgraded PayMaya account. 
  4. Qualified users who will Send Money worth at least P100 (in a single transaction) will receive a P10 cashback.  A user may avail of the P10 cashback only ONCE PER DAY during the promo period. 
  5. Qualified users who will send an accumulated amount of at least P3,000 during the promo period will earn additional P150 cashback.  
  6. The maximum cashback each participating user can earn during the promo period is P280. 
  7. Qualified users will receive their cashback any time after their valid transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period. 
  8. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. Multiple payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid. 
  9. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. 
  10. PayMaya reservses the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits). 
  11. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received it.
  12. PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo. 
  13. The customer must notify PayMaya for any complaints regarding the promo within 30 days from the end of the promo period. The decision of PayMaya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@paymaya.com. 
  14. Should the qualified purchase be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer or merchant initiated, PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled purchase, even if the rewards or prizes have been credited. PayMaya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, PayMaya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient. 
  15. PayMaya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their reward/prize on time. The reward/prize can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits –PHP 50,000 for starter accounts and PHP 100,000 for upgraded accounts.
