1. Promo period is from April 1 to April 30, 2022.
2. Promo is open to PayMaya users (Consumer accounts only) who will receive the following targeted marketing notifications via SMS, Push Notifications, PayMaya marketing materials, or digital ads:

   Get a FREE PHP 50 voucher when you cash in 3 times this month! Minimum cash in amount of PHP1000 per transaction is required.

3. Only users who will receive the targeted marketing notifications via SMS, Push Notifications, PayMaya marketing materials, or digital ads within a given month are qualified to participate in the promo during the same month. A user who did not receive the targeted marketing notification in a given month is not qualified to join the promo in the same month.
4. Qualified users for the month who will do at least three (3) cash in transactions any of our cash in channels indicated below within the same month will receive a PHP 50 voucher
5. Each of the three (3) cash in transactions must be worth at least PHP 1000 in order to be eligible for the reward.
6. Qualified users must do the three (3) cash in transactions worth at least PHP 1000 each on 3 DIFFERENT DAYS OF THE SAME MONTH in order to earn the reward. Sample scenario:

   Transaction 1: PHP 1000 cash in on April. 1, 2022	Transaction 1: PHP 500 cash in on April 1, 2022
   Transaction 2: PHP 1000 cash in on April 2, 2022	Transaction 2: Another PHP 1000 cash in on April 1, 2022
   Transaction 3: PHP 1000 cash in on April 8, 2022	Transaction 3: PHP 500 cash in on April 3, 2022

7. A qualified user is only eligible for the PHP 50 reward for a maximum of ONCE per month during the promo period.
8. Receiving money from other PayMaya users via the “Send Money” feature is not a valid Cash In transaction and is not eligible for the reward.
9. Cashing in via PayMaya Negosyo Basic is excluded from this promo and will not be considered for the reward.
10. To redeem the voucher, follow these steps:
    1. Open the PayMaya app and log in to your account
    2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
    3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
    4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
    5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
    6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your PayMaya account balance
11. Qualified users will receive their voucher any time after a valid transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
12. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.   
13. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.     
14. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).    
15. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.   
16. PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.     
17. PayMaya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.  
18. The customer must notify PayMaya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of PayMaya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@paymaya.com.
