Get rewarded whenever you Send Money with Maya!

1. Promo period is from March 7 to 31, 2022.
2. This promo is open to all new and existing Maya consumer accountholders (verified users only) that are currently residing in the Philippines, who will transact using Maya within the promo duration.
3. User can earn a voucher cashback of either Php 1, Php 10, or P100 through a random awarding when they send a minimum of Php 1,000 to a unique Upgraded user Maya user.
4. Each user can participate until they get the max reward of Php 500 worth of vouchers for the whole promo duration when they send at least P1,000 to different Upgraded users.
5. Each qualified Send Money transaction (sending a minimum of P1,000 at a unique Upgraded user) also earns the user 1 raffle entry for a weekly raffle draw of 20 winners. Winners from the raffle will get the amount of their send money transaction back. There will be a maximum raffle prize of P20,000 per user. If the Send Money transaction exceeds P20,000, the raffle winner will only receive P20,000.
6. Raffle entry collection and raffle draws will be done based on this schedule below:

7. The user can earn the Php1/Php 10/Php 100 only after sending the minimum amount of P1,000 to a unique verified user. Any amount in excess of the Php 1,000 requirement will not be carried over to the next transaction.
8. Sending money must be done through Maya’s Send Money feature and receiving money must be through the Maya account to qualify for the promo. Sending money through the following are NOT qualified transactions:
   1. Maya to Bank Transfers (including but not limited to InstaPay and PESONet)
   2. Maya to Smart Padala
   3. Bank Transfers to Maya (including but not limited to InstaPay and PESONet)
   4. Smart Padala to Maya
9. To redeem the voucher, follow these steps:
   1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account
   2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
   5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
   6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance
10. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher in the Maya app up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
11. The drawing of winners will be conducted via Microsoft Teams with a DTI representative. The promo organizer’s decision to award the prize to the selected winners is final with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB.
12. The names of all the winners will be announced on the Official Maya Facebook page, which will be posted 1 day after the raffle draw.
13. The winner will be notified via e-mail, phone call to their Maya-registered mobile number and via registered mail. A Maya representative will get in touch with the winners to verify their identity and to give further instructions on prize redemption.
14. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
15. With prior approval of DTI, Maya Philippines reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize in the event that the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption.
16. Unclaimed prizes within 60 days upon receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of Maya Philippines, with prior approval from DTI-FTEB.
17. The winners must agree to be interviewed and featured in announcements to be made by Maya regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.
18. Videos and photos of participants may be used only for promotional ads related to this campaign.
19. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
20. All regular and contractual employees of Maya Philippines, Inc., Voyager Innovations, Inc. including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
21. Any prize received by the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer files a complaint within 30 days from receipt of the prize. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please call 8845-7788 or email support@maya.ph.
22. Maya shall shoulder the 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.
23. All Maya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
24. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
25. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit beyond the maximum reward, even if already issued.
26. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
27. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
28. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited.  Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient. 
29. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@maya.ph.
30. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – Php 50,000 for starter accounts and Php 100,000 for upgraded accounts.
