Promo Mechanics:

  1. Promo period is from March 6 to 31, 2021.
  2. This promo is open to all PayMaya Consumer users, specifically users who receive payments for their online selling business.

  3. Qualified users (payment recipients or RECEIVERS) will earn a P50 cashback voucher for every five (5)
    UNIQUE PayMaya users (SENDERS) who will send them money.

    Additional Requirements and Conditions:
    1. Received amount must be at least P300 in a single transaction.
    2. A RECEIVER will only be eligible for the P50 cashback for up to five (5) times only (maximum of P250 cashback).
    3. SENDERS must send the money to the RECEIVER using PayMaya’s “Send Money” feature
    4. Receiving and/or adding money through the following are NOT qualified transactions and shall not be eligible for a cashback.
      ▪ Bank Transfers to PayMaya (including but not limited to InstaPay and PESONet)
      ▪ Smart Padala to PayMaya
  4. Qualified users (RECEIVERS) will also get a P75 cashback voucher when they receive an accumulated P10,000 from other PayMaya users.
    Additional Requirements and Conditions: 
    1. A P10,000 accumulation must come from UNIQUE SENDERS. Only the FIRST amount sent by a SENDER will be counted towards an ongoing accumulation. Once RECEIVER reaches a P10,000 accumulation, the unique senders count will reset, hence, a SENDER who has participated in one accumulation will still be eligible to contribute towards the next P10,000 accumulation.
    2. SENDERS must send the money to the RECEIVER using PayMaya’s “Send Money” feature for any received amount to qualify and to count towards the P10,000 accumulation requirement.
    3. Any amount in excess of a P10,000 accumulation shall not be carried over nor contribute towards the next P10,000 accumulation.
    4. A RECEIVER will only be eligible for the P75 cashback for up to ten (10) times only (maximum of P750 cashback).
    5. Receiving and/or adding money through the following are NOT qualified transactions and will not be counted towards the required P10,000 accumulation:
      ▪ Bank Transfers to PayMaya (including but not limited to InstaPay and PESONet)
      ▪ Smart Padala to PayMaya
    Sample Transactions:
    1. User receives P2,500 each from 4 UNIQUE SENDERS = 1x P75 cashback voucher
    2. User receives P5,000 twice = 1x P75 cashback voucher if:
      I.  P5,000 is sent by SENDER A
      II. P5,000 is sent by SENDER B
    3. User receives a total of P20,000 = 2x P75 cashback vouchers if:
      I.  P5,000 is sent by SENDER A
      II. P5,000 is sent by SENDER B
    4. User receives a total of P20,000 = 2x P75 cashback vouchers if:
      I.  SENDER A and SENDER B each sends P5,000 to the RECEIVER = 1x P75 cashback voucher for a 1st P10,000 accumulation
      II. SENDER A and SENDER C each send P5,000 to the RECEIVER = 1x P75 cashback voucher for a 2nd P10,000 accumulation
    5. User receives P4,000 each from 5 UNIQUE SENDERS = 1x P75 cashback voucher
      a. First 3 transactions worth P4,000 each = 1x P75 cashback voucher
      b. Fourth and fifth transactions worth P4,000 each = no cashback voucher
    6. User receives P1,000 each from 30 UNIQUE SENDERS = 3x P75 cashback vouchers
    7. User receives P2,000 each from 10 UNIQUE SENDERS = 2x P75 cashback vouchers
  5. The maximum total reward that a qualified user can receive for the entire promo period is P1,000 (P250 for #3 and P750 for #4).
  6. This promo can be availed of in conjunction with other running PayMaya promos.
  7. Qualified users will receive their reward any time after a valid transaction/accumulation to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
  8. To redeem the cashback voucher, follow these steps:
    1. Open the PayMaya app and log in to your account
    2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
    3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
    4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
    5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
    6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your PayMaya account balance
  9. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
  10. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
  11. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
  12. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
  13. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or merchant-initiated, PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. PayMaya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, PayMaya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
  14. PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo
  15. PayMaya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
