1. Promo runs on July 5, 2022 from 5:00-8:00 PM only.
2. This promo is open to all Maya consumer accountholders only who will transact during the promo period from 5:00-8:00 PM only.
3. During the promo period, users can participate in the following activities and are entitled to the following rewards:

   SEND MONEY AND GET REWARDED

   1. Users can earn a P10 cashback voucher when they send a minimum of Php 20,000 each to the first 10 unique and Upgraded Maya users. After sending to 10 different users, each user can earn a P20 when they send to the 11th to 15th different users.
   2. In total, each user can get up to P200 worth of cashback vouchers.
   3. Sending money must be done through Maya’s Send Money feature and receiving money must be through the Maya account to qualify for the promo. Sending money through the following are NOT qualified transactions:
      1. Maya to Bank Transfers (including but not limited to InstaPay and PESONet)
      2. Maya to Maya Center
      3. Bank Transfers to Maya (including but not limited to InstaPay and PESONet)
      4. Maya Center to Maya
   4. The user can earn the cashback voucher only after sending the minimum amount of P20,000 to a unique verified user. Any amount in excess of the Php 20,000 requirement will not be carried over to the next transaction.
   5. Promo is only open to Upgraded users only.

   CASH IN AND BUY SMART LOAD FOR 20% CASHBACK

   1. Users can earn a 20% cashback on their load purchase when they cash in a minimum of P200 and buy a Smart Regular Load 200, 300, or 500 on Shop.
   2. The Php P200 cash in must be done in one transaction only and through Maya self cash in channels and not through the following:
      1. Receive Money from another Maya user via the Send Money feature
      2. Cash in via Maya Business App
   3. Each user can redeem the cashback up to 1x only.
   4. This promo is open to both Basic and Upgraded Maya users.
   5. Purchase of Load must be to the user’s registered number only and cannot be gifted to another number.
   6. The following transactions will not be qualified from participating in the promo:
      1. Prepaid load gifting to other Maya accounts
      2. Receiving prepaid load from other Maya accounts
      3. Buying prepaid load from the other load sellers using your Maya Number
      4. Buying prepaid load from other load sellers using your Maya virtual or physical card
4. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher in the Maya app up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
5. To redeem the voucher, follow these steps:
   1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account
   2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
   5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
   6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance
6. This promo is applicable only to unique and valid Maya Consumer accounts registered under a unique mobile number and mobile device. User will not be eligible to participate in the promo if he/she creates multiple accounts using one mobile device.
7. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo.
8. All Maya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
9. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya Consumer accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit beyond the maximum reward, even if already issued.
10. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
11. Maya reserves the right to withdraw or refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits). Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
12. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit beyond the maximum reward, even if already issued.
13. Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya of mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within 30 calendar days from the end of the promo period.
14. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
15. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@maya.ph.
16. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – Php 50,000 for starter accounts and Php 100,000 for upgraded accounts.
