Get up to P300 cashback when you send or receive money!

1. The promo will run March 15, 2023 to March 31, 2023. Extended until April 15, 2023.
2. The following are the qualified promo joiners who will do the following transactions:
   1. Send at least P250 to 3 unique Maya users’ @username and get P3 or P30 or P300 cashback within the indicated promo period
      
      1. Upgraded regular customer accounts that have no send/receive money transactions in the past 30 days
      2. Upgraded regular consumer accounts are new to sending money
   2. Send or/and receive at least P250 to/from 3 unique Maya users using your @username and get P3 or P30 or P300 cashback within the indicated promo period
      1. Existing upgraded Maya users with casual seller accounts
      2. Upgraded new and existing Maya users who claimed their @username
3. Users can participate in this promo and get P3 or P30 or P300 cashback when they send or receive money minimum of P250 from 3 unique Maya users via Maya app. The amount of cashback to qualified users will be randomly rewarded via system.
4. Users must update their app to qualify.
5. Before the approval of the promo, DTI representative will be invited to verify the electronic system to be used for the promo. Qualified users will receive their cashback in the form of a claimable cashback voucher.
6. To redeem the cashback voucher, follow these steps:
   1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account
   2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
   5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
   6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance
7. All transactions must be cleared, successful, and posted within the indicated promo duration before the user is credited with the reward and qualified for the raffle.
8. Qualified users will receive their cashback anytime from their qualified transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period to reconcile and verify user activity with system voucher rewarding.
9. Unclaimed vouchers will expire within 30 days.
10. This promo is applicable to unique and valid upgraded Maya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
11. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
12. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
13. Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
14. Maya reserves the right to withdraw and/or expire wrongfully rewarded cashbacks or vouchers regardless if claimed or unclaimed by the user.
15. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
16. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo.
17. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.

19. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
