- Qualified users can earn one (1) raffle entry for every P500-worth of Send Money in a single transaction. Raffle entries will be computed as follows:
- Php 500.00 Send money= 1 raffle entry
- Php 1,000.00 Send money = 2 raffle entries
- Php 1,300.00 Send money = 2 raffle entries
- Php 1,500.00 Send money = 3 raffle entries
- Qualified users will receive an SMS notification after each valid transaction.

- The PayMaya user’s current Send Money transaction limits per month shall still apply during the promo period.
- Deadline of earning raffle entries is on February 15, 2021, 11:59PM.
- 8 winners of Samsung S21 Ultra 5G (256GB) will be drawn in the Grand Draw. The Grand Draw will happen on February 17, 2021 and will be conducted via Microsoft Teams with a DTI representative.
- All raffle entries are accumulative from the start until the end of the promo period.
- A qualified PayMaya user can only win once during the promo period.
- PayMaya shall shoulder the 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.
- The winners will be announced to the public on February 19, 2021.
- The names of all the winners will be announced on the Official PayMaya Facebook page.
- The winner will be notified via e-mail, phone call to their PayMaya-registered mobile number and via registered mail. A PayMaya representative will get in touch with the winners to verify their identity and to give further instructions on prize redemption.
- Prizes are non-transferable.
- Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
- With prior approval of DTI, PayMaya Philippines reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize in the event that the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption.
- Winners may claim their prize at PayMaya Philippines, Inc head office at 6/F Launchpad Building, Sheridan corner Reliance, Brgy. Highway hills, Mandaluyong City.
- PayMaya will send the prizes to provincial winners.
- PayMaya will manage the delivery and shoulder courier fees for provincial winners.
- All winners have to send a copy of a valid government ID to claim their prize to support@paymaya.com or present it when claiming at the PayMaya Philippines Inc, head office.
- Redemption period is 60 days upon receipt of notification from PayMaya Philippines, Inc.
- Unclaimed prizes within 60 days upon receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of PayMaya Philippines, with prior approval from DTI-FTEB.
- Prizes or rewards that remain unclaimed after 60 days from receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of PayMaya Philippines, with prior approval from DTI-FTEB.
- PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
- All regular and contractual employees of PayMaya Philippines, Inc., and Voyager Innovations, Inc., including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
- PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
- The customer must notify PayMaya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of PayMaya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@paymaya.com.
- PayMaya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
