Transfer at least ₱5,000 from PayPal to Maya and get cashback!

1. Promo period is from June 1– June 28, 2022, extended until July 15, 2022 as approved by DTI-FTEB.
2. This promo is open to all Maya consumer accounts who have registered PayPal accounts and linked Maya Visa (virtual or physical) cards, who will transfer funds from their PayPal account to Maya for the first time ever.
3. The Maya user is eligible for a P200 cashback on their first PayPal to Maya fund transfer. The minimum transfer amount to the Maya wallet required to qualify for this promo is P5,000.
   1. Once you have balance available in your PayPal account, click on ‘Withdraw Funds’ on the Summary Page.
   2. Select instant or Standard and enter your desired amount and select your Maya account. The minimum withdrawal amount from your PayPal account to qualify for the promo is P5,000.
   3. Once you have confirmed your withdrawal amount, your withdrawal will be processed by PayPal real time for Instant and within four (4) business days for Standard. Your withdrawal amount less the 1% PayPal withdrawal fee (minimum P10 maximum P500) will be credited to your Maya account.
   4. If you’re new to PayPal, you may experience a temporary hold on funds received in your account. Go to https://www.paypal.com/ph/webapps/mpp/funds-availability for further information.
4. Users need to link their Maya and PayPal together to be able to transfer funds and join the promo.
   1. After creating a PayPal account, go to ‘Banks and Cards’ and choose ‘Link a Card’.
   2. Enter your card information and ensure that your PayPal address is an exact match with the address used in your Maya registration.
   3. Note that you will need to load at least PHP 100 into your Maya account to link to PayPal to facilitate an authorization request. The authorization amount charged against the PHP 100 balance is immediately refunded when PayPal verifies from Maya that the card is valid.
5. Each qualified user can only redeem the offer once throughout the promo duration. Max reward a user can get is P200.
6. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher in the Maya app.
   1. To redeem the cashback voucher, follow these steps:
   2. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
   3. Tap “Vouchers” on the home screen.
   4. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim.”
   5. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now.”
   6. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
   7. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance.
7. Qualified users will receive their cashback any time after their valid transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
8. Unredeemed or unused rewards will expire within 30 days of receipt.
9. Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos.
10. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya consumer accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
11. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
12. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
13. Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
14. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
15. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Center or Maya Business are disqualified from participating in this promo.
16. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – PHP50,000 for starter accounts and PHP100,000 for upgraded accounts.
