PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promo is open to PayMaya users who have pending account upgrade requests from September
1, 2015 to October 31, 2017.
2. The promo period is from May 16 to 31, 2018
3. Only customers who received the targeted SMS blast about the promo are entitled to participate.
4. Customers who are able to successfully upgrade their accounts by May 31, 2018 will receive P100 on
their PayMaya accounts.
5. Crediting of the P100 reward may happen anytime during the promo period or up to 14 business
days thereafter.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This promo is applicable to unique and valid accounts only.
2. PayMaya users with duplicate accounts and who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
3. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards to accounts that are suspected to be
invalid or fraudulent.

HOW TO AVAIL

1. Make sure you have the latest version of the PayMaya app on your phone. Simply update it via
Google Play or the App Store.
2. Log on to the PayMaya app. For Android users, access the menu bar and click REVIEW
APPLICATION. If you are using an iPhone, tap MORE, then choose REVIEW APPLICATION. At the
bottom of the screen (below the details you encoded previously), click on PROCEED TO UPGRADE.
3. You will be given reminders on the necessary IDs and parental consent form (if you are below 18
years old) before you can proceed with the video call, which covers the face-to-face validation
requirement for upgrading a PayMaya account.
PayMaya Philippines, Inc. requires one (1) primary or two (2) secondary IDs. Listed below are the IDs
categorized as primary and secondary:

4. Once you have all the requirements ready, just tap on START VIDEO CALL to talk to one of our
Upgrade Officers.
5. Users who are unable to upgrade their accounts by May 31, 2018 will be asked to accomplish the
upgrade form in the PayMaya app again and resubmit their request if they still wish to proceed.
6. If all the necessary information has been captured, the video call goes smoothly, and your PayMaya
account is successfully upgraded on or before May 31, 2018, you will be given P100 PayMaya credits
within 14 business days after the promo period.

*When a user upgrades his PayMaya account, the following features will be enabled:

Increase of monthly aggregate limit to P100,000
Fund transfers to other PayMaya accounts
ATM withdrawals (using the physical card)
