Save up to P600 with Visa FREE Cash In

The Promo period is from December 15, 2023 – January 31, 2024.
Eligible participants are Maya users with a mobile number from any of the local telco providers (i.e. Globe/TM, DITO, etc), who are currently residing in the Philippines.
To qualify, eligible users must cash into their Maya Wallet using their VISA credit or debit card through the Maya app.

Qualified users can complete 3x free VISA transfers per month during the promo period; one for December 2023 and another one for January 2024.
A regular cash in through VISA is worth P200. Qualified users may save up to P600 worth of fees when they avail all 3 free transfers in a month. Succeeding VISA transfers (ie 4^th transaction and beyond) will follow the regular P200 pricing.l
Sending money from another Maya account or any other bank is NOT included in the promo and will not be rewarded.
Qualification of transactions and their corresponding rewards will apply on a per calendar month basis and not on a rolling 30-day period. Any unused VISA cash in for the month cannot be carried over next month’s consumption. (e.g. Last day of transactions eligible for the December voucher reward is on December 31. If user doesn’t transact in December, they forfeit the December reward allocation).
To cash in or transfer money from a VISA debit or credit card to maya
1. Log in to your Maya account
2. Tap "Cash In" in the Home screen
3. Select “Debit or credit card”
4. Choose a cash in amount
5. Enter your VISA debit or credit card details and click continue
6. Wait for Maya’s confirmation via SMS
Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher in the Maya app.
To redeem the cashback voucher, follow these steps:
1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account
2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance
Qualified users will receive their cashback vouchers from the date of their valid transaction up to fourteen (14) days after the promo period.
Unused/ Unclaimed voucher will expire 60 days upon receipt.
This promo is applicable only to unique and valid Maya Consumer accounts registered under a unique mobile number and mobile device. User will not be eligible to participate in the promo if he/she creates multiple accounts using one mobile device.
Maya reserves the right to withdraw and/or expire wrongfully rewarded cashbacks or vouchers regardless if claimed or unclaimed by the user.
Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App (formerly known as PayMaya Negosyo) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya of mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within 30 calendar days from the end of the promo period.

Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – Php 50,000 for starter accounts and Php 100,000 for upgraded accounts.
