Activate Maya Credit and get P50 cashback

1. The promo will run from March 1, 2023 to March 31, 2023.
2. The promo is open to eligible users who haven’t activated Maya Credit prior promo start date.
3. Qualified users can participate in the promo and earn rewards when they do the following activities in the exact sequence/order:

Step 1: Activate Maya Credit

Step 2: Transfer Maya Credit to Wallet worth at least P3,500 (single drawdown)

Step 3: Use your transferred Maya Credit in any of the following transactions with the corresponding minimum spend requirement:

1. 1. Buy from Shop minimum of P100 single transaction
   2. Pay bills minimum of P750 single transaction
   3. Pay via QR (scan to pay) minimum of P200 single transaction
   4. Pay via Maya registered number (login to pay) minimum of P200 single transaction
   5. Pay with Maya on online checkout minimum of P200 single transaction
   6. Pay using Maya virtual card or physical card online or in-store, minimum of P1,000 single transaction

4. Qualified users can activate their Maya Credit when they upgrade their Maya account.
5. Qualified users can earn the one-time P50 cashback voucher only after activating their Maya Credit, transferring their Maya Credit to Wallet and doing any of the required spend transactions in line item 3.
6. A user must have an activated Maya Credit account and in good credit standing for the whole duration of the promo. A good credit standing means that the user is not past due in order to be eligible to earn the cashback voucher reward.
7. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the user was found to be past due at the end of the promo period after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
8. Users can use their credit limit of at least P3,500 by tapping on the ‘Transfer to Wallet’ button and do a valid Wallet transaction in Step 3 with the required minimum spend in order to earn the one-time P50 cashback voucher.
9. The necessary transactions must be cleared and posted before the user is credited with the P50 voucher.
10. Bills pay transactions made at the following billers are excluded from the promo:
    1. “Government” category billers
    2. “Donation” category billers
    3. “Others” category billers
    4. UnionBank
11. A qualified user can only receive the P50 cashback voucher once for the whole duration of the promo period.
12. The P50 cashback will be credited to the qualified user’s Maya app in the form of a voucher up to thirty business days after the end of the promo period.
13. To redeem the voucher, winners should follow these steps:
    1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
    2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
    3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under "Available" and tap "Claim".
    4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
    5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
    6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya Wallet account balance.
14. Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya App, and the management and fulfillment of prizes under this promotion. Accordingly, the following disqualifications and limitations shall apply:
    1. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo.
    2. This promo is applicable to unique, valid and verified Maya accounts only. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
    3. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or if the participant is blacklisted.
    4. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).

16. Maya users will receive rewards within a maximum of 30 business days after the promo period.
17. Refunded transactions made through the Maya will not qualify for this promo.
18. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
19. Those who are suspected of or are found out to be abusing the Maya system or is suspected of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
20. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
