Get a FREE Maya Card when you transfer at least ₱5,000 Maya Credit to Wallet and buy a Black Maya Card

  1. The promo will run from June 1, 2023 to August 31, 2023.
  2. The promo is open to users who satisfy all the following criteria:
    1. Eligible for Maya Credit based on their active usage of the Maya app and in good credit standing
    2. Does not own or have not linked a Maya Card to their account yet
    3. Have received the following SMS spiel:
      “Congrats! You have qualified for Maya Credit’s Free Maya Card promo. Borrow from Maya Credit and order a Maya card to get a P200 cashback voucher. Go to Missions or visit to learn more.”
  3. Users who do not receive the above SMS spiel from Maya are not eligible to join this promo.
  4. Qualified users can participate in the promo and earn rewards when they do the following activities in the exact sequence/order:
    1. Step 1: Transfer Maya Credit to Wallet worth at least P5,000 (accumulated drawdown)
    2. Step 2: Order a Maya Card from the Cards dashboard. To order a Maya Card, just follow these steps:
      1. Go to your Cards dashboard in the Maya app
      2. Order your desired card
  5. Qualified users can earn the one-time P200 cashback voucher on their Maya Card purchase only after completing all activities in line item 4 within the same calendar month.
  6. Users can qualify for this promo only once within the promo duration.
  7. Users who have ordered, received or qualified for a Maya Card in previous campaigns of Maya cannot participate in this promo offer. To check if you have a Free Maya Card voucher from the previous campaigns, log in to your Maya app, go to your Vouchers on your Wallet dashboard and look for Free Maya Card voucher. You can still use your voucher to claim your Free Maya Card from previous campaigns at
  8. Qualified users can activate their Maya Credit when they upgrade their Maya account.
  9. A user must have an activated Maya Credit account and in good credit standing for the whole duration of the promo. A good credit standing means that the user is not past due in order to be eligible to earn the cashback voucher reward.
  10. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the user was found to be past due at the end of the promo period after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
  11. The necessary transactions must be cleared and posted before the user is credited with the cashback voucher.
  12. Bills pay transactions made at the following billers are excluded from the promo:
    1. “Government” category billers
    2. “Donation” category billers
    3. “Others” category billers
    4. UnionBank
  13. Qualified promo participants will receive their P200 cashback for the ordered Maya Card with Username in the form of a voucher up to thirty (30) business days after the end of the promo period.
    Please see below sample SMS that user will receive:

    “Hi <name>! You earned P200 cashback voucher for qualifying for Maya Credit’s FREE Maya card promo. To redeem your voucher, go to your Maya app & log in to your account. Tap “Vouchers” on your Maya Dashboard and claim your voucher.”
  14. To redeem the voucher, winners should follow these steps:
    1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
    2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
    3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under "Available" and tap "Claim".
    4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
    5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
    6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya Wallet account balance.
  15. Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya App, and the management and fulfillment of prizes under this promotion. Accordingly, the following disqualifications and limitations shall apply:
    1. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo.
    2. This promo is applicable to unique, valid and verified Maya accounts only. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
    3. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or if the participant is blacklisted.
    4. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
  16. The cashback reward received by a qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer files a complaint within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the prize or reward. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please call 8845-7788 or email
  17. Maya users will receive rewards within a maximum of 30 business days after the promo period.
  18. Refunded transactions made through the Maya app will not qualify for this promo.
  19. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
  20. Those who are suspected of or are found out to be abusing the Maya system or is suspected of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
  21. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
  22. Maya reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
  23. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
  24. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email
  25. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
