  1. Promo period is from September 17 – October 31, 2024 following the activity duration, card approval date, and spend period as noted in mechanic #4.
  2. The promo is open to select Maya accounts who will receive the following SMS spiel: “Get a welcome reward when you complete your application for the Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card by Maya.”
  3. Users who do not receive the SMS spiel from Maya are not eligible to join the promo.
  4. Qualified users can participate in the promo and earn rewards when they do the following activities:

  1. Cashback reward is capped at accumulated PHP 500 only per user. Users can only qualify once per activity.
  2. Users can only get cashback reward if able to do required activities in item 4.
  3. Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card account must be in good credit standing for the whole duration of the promo. A good credit standing means that the user is not past due to be eligible to earn the cashback voucher reward.
  4. Users must ensure that their personal information is the same in both their Landers membership and Maya account. Their Landers membership must also be valid within the promo period and must not go beyond its expiration date.
  5. Payments made to or purchases of wallet top-up, cash advance/quasi cash and Card charges for casinos/ gambling/gaming are not qualified for the promo.
  6. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the user was found to be past due at the end of the promo period after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize/reward give, or its corresponding monetary value.
  7. The necessary transactions must be verified and posted before the user is credited with the cashback voucher.
  8. The cashback reward will be credited to the qualified user’s Maya app in the form of a voucher anytime from their qualified transaction to up to thirty (30) business days following the end of the promotional period to reconcile and verify user activity with system voucher rewarding.
  9. To redeem the cashback / voucher, qualified users should follow these steps:
    1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
    2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
    3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under "Available" and tap "Claim".
    4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
  10. Unclaimed vouchers will expire within 60 days upon receipt of voucher.
  11. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app or via SMS. Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya App, and the management and fulfillment of prizes under this promotion. Accordingly, the following disqualifications and limitations shall apply:
    1. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo.
    2. This promo is applicable to unique, valid and verified Maya accounts only. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
    3. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or if the participant is blacklisted.
    4. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
  12. The cashback reward received by a qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer files a complaint within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the prize or reward.
  13. Maya users will receive rewards within a maximum of 30 business days after the promo period.
  14. Refunded transactions made through the credit card will not qualify for this promo.
  15. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
  16. The promo is non-cumulative, non-transferrable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed priced items, unless otherwise provided.
  17. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
  18. With prior approval of DTI, Maya reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize in the event that the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption.
  19. In case of disputes regarding customer's eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, fulfillment, Maya's decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI.
  20. Each payment transaction must be validated, posted or settled within the system to qualify for the promo. Transactions are not considered to be qualified in the event that a Maya number, card or QR payment is cancelled, declined, refunded or voided.
  21. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
  22. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued.
  23. Maya users with duplicate accounts cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account.
  24. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
  25. Maya reserves the right to withhold granting of rewards where there are proven customer activities that require further investigation.
  26. Those who are proven to be abusing the Maya system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
  27. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or proven fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
  28. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled, voided, refunded or declined, whether the cancellation is customer, biller or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the rewards has already been credited.
  29. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
  30. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final.   31. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
