1. Promo runs from October 1-31, 2022.
2. Users must Buy Crypto in order to qualify for the promo. Crypto that is claimed from the FREE Bitcoin promo will not be considered as qualification for this promo. 
3. This promo is valid only for existing Maya Crypto users who have not made any crypto transaction from August 21-September 21, 2022.
4. Users must buy a minimum of P50 worth of any crypto coin in order to qualify for the promo.
5. Qualified users will receive a guaranteed P5 worth of Bitcoin cryptoback.
6. Users can qualify for the promo up to four (4) times within the promo duration.
7. The value of BTC may change based on the current market prices after the reward is credited to the user’s Maya Crypto Portfolio due to volatility of BTC.
8. To view the Bitcoin Cryptoback rewards, follow these steps:
   1. Open the Maya app and tap ‘Crypto’
   2. Users will be prompted with a pop out of their reward/s
   3. All Bitcoin Cryptoback rewards are highlighted and reflected on the Crypto Transaction History screen.
   4. After tapping on a particular Bitcoin Cryptoback transaction, users can view the details of their reward (PHP equivalent, market rate at the time of conversion, etc.)
9. Qualified users will receive their Cryptoback any time after their valid transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period. 
10. This promo is applicable to unique and valid upgraded Maya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid. 
11. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.  
12. Those who are proven to be abusing the Maya system or are proven to be committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards. 
13. If a cashback or reward has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the reward given. 
14. Maya reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to receive rewards).
15. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited.  Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient. 
16. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@maya.ph.
17. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
