   4. This promo is open to new and existing Maya users who will pay the full amount of their PLDT Home bill via the Maya app.
   5. During the promo period, users can participate in the following activities and are entitled to the following rewards:

      PHP100 CASHBACK

      1. PLDT Home subscribers of Plans 999 to 4099 are entitled to Php100 cashback when they pay their PLDT Home bill via the Maya app for the first time.
      2. To be eligible for the cashback, users must pay their PLDT Home bill via the Maya app in full and on time.
      3. After paying for their PLDT Home bill in full and on time, eligible users will receive Php100 reward via their Maya account within 14 business days.

      RAFFLE PRIZES

4. To redeem a cashback voucher, follow these steps:
   1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account
   2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”

   5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS

10. Maya reserves the right to withdraw or refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits). Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
11. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit beyond the maximum reward, even if already issued.
12. Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya of mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within 30 calendar days from the end of the promo period.
13. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.

15. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time.
