This promo is open to all upgraded Maya consumer accounts who will cash in up to ₱8,000 at any SM Store

1. For all cash in to Maya from SM Store, users will qualify to get a 2% cashback on the cash in fee up to ₱8,000 only. 
2. Qualified users may receive up to a maximum of ₱160 cashback per month during the promo period. 
3. Users may qualify for the cashback reward from its first transaction, starting from January 1. 
4. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher in the Maya app.

   2. Open the Maya app and log in to your account. 
   3. Tap “Vouchers” on the home screen. 
   4. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”. 
   5. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”. 
   6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance.

2. Redemption of prize is within sixty (60) days upon receipt of the voucher sent notification from Maya. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of Maya, in accordance with DTI rules. 
3. Unused rewards will expire / be clawed back within sixty (60) days upon receipt. 
4. Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya of any mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within sixty (60) days from the end of the promo period. 
5. Each Maya payment must be validated, posted or settled within the system to qualify for the promo. Transactions are not considered to be qualified in the event that a Maya number, card or QR payment is cancelled, declined, refunded or voided. 
6. Qualified users may receive their cashback any time after their valid transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period. 
7. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be qualified for this promo. 
8. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo. 
9. Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) made to Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager merchants or submerchants are not qualified for the promo. 
10. Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) made to Donation Billers, E-Sabong, Schools, other apps with wallet and Government merchants will not be qualified for the promo. 
11. Payments made to or purchases of cash equivalent instruments, financial institutions, financial assets, insurances, ATM withdrawals, gambling/gaming chips, and other quasi cash transactions are also not qualified for the promo. 
12. Pay with Maya QR to merchants within the crypto space are not qualified for the promo. (e.g PDAX cash-in, other VASPs to be enabled where Maya payments are accepted, etc.). 
13. Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos. 
14. Maya users with duplicate accounts cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account. 
15. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo. 
16. Maya reserves the right to withhold granting of rewards where there are proven suspicious customer activities that require further investigation. 
17. Those who are proven to be abusing the Maya system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards. 
18. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or proven fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given. 
19. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled, voided, refunded or declined, whether the cancellation is customer, biller or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the rewards has already been credited. 
20. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient. 
21. All Maya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas. 
22. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final.
