1. Promo period is from July 9th to December 31st, 2024. 
2. Promo is open to Maya users (Consumer accounts only) who will receive the following targeted marketing notifications via SMS, Push Notifications, Maya marketing materials, or digital ads:

   Awesome! Your account has been credited with a <amount> gift from Maya. Use it for ANY transaction with Maya this month! Promo runs from July 9th to December 31st, 2024. Terms apply. Visit the Maya app now! 
3. Only users who will receive the targeted marketing notifications via SMS, Push Notifications, Maya marketing materials, or digital ads within a given month are qualified to participate in the promo during the same month. A user who did not receive the targeted marketing notification in a given month is not qualified to join the promo in the same month. 
4. Qualified users who will receive the targeted marketing notifications will be credited a FREE Voucher gift ranging from 1-100 pesos in their registered Maya account. If the user gets the promo message but fails to fulfill the promo mechanics within a period of 7 calendar days then Maya reserves the right to withdraw the promo from the user so that they can be targeted with another promo that better suits their usage patterns. In the event of a user not utilizing the voucher amount, Maya reserves the right to withdraw/ deduct the voucher amount from the user’s account. Qualified users must do ANY of the following transactions within 7 calendar days in order to retain the voucher amount. No minimum transaction amount is required. 
   1. Buy load 
   2. Pay a bill via the Maya app 
   3. Send money to another Maya user 
   4. Shop with Maya virtual or physical card 
   5. Pay with your number on Maya’s partner online merchants 
   6. Scan-to-pay with Maya QR 
   7. Cash in 
   8. Deposit money to Maya Savings account 
5. Sending money must be done using the “Send Money” feature in the Maya app. Sending money via Smart Padala to a Maya user (Consumer account) is not a valid transaction. 
6. Buying load for oneself is a valid transaction. Gifting of prepaid load (a user buying prepaid load for a mobile number other than his/ her own registered Maya mobile number) is a valid transaction and will be considered for the gift retention. 
7. Bill payments to COL Financial and all billers under the “Donation”, “Payment Solutions”, and “Others” categories are not valid transactions. 
8. Receiving money from other Maya users via the “Send Money” feature is not a valid Cash In transaction and is not a valid transaction. 
9. QR payments made to Maya Negosyo merchants are not qualified for the promo. 
10. For Bills Payment and Shopping (using a Maya virtual or physical card) transactions, the P20 bonus reward shall be awarded to the user once the transaction has been confirmed and posted by the biller or online merchant. 
11. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.  
12. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.  
13. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).  
14. Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.  
15.  Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.    
16. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.   
17. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final.
