This promo is open to all NEW Maya users and Existing Maya Users where each are defined as:
1. New Maya users- those who created & registered their account from Oct.1-31, 2024
2. Existing Maya users- those who have created & registered their account prior to Oct.1, 2024.
  Example: User creates & registers their Maya account on Oct. 1, 2024. They are only considered as a NEW Maya User until Oct. 31, 2024. They will be considered as an existing user beyond Oct. 31, 2024.

New Maya Users

Qualified New Maya users who are Maya Savings accountholders can enjoy a base interest rate of 3.5% p.a. on balances up to P5M, and increase their interest rate further based on the requirement per tier below:

If a Maya Savings accountholder who just opened a Savings account did not complete any of the transactions above on the Maya Wallet, he/she will still be enjoying a 3.5% interest rate p.a. on his/her Maya Savings account.

Existing Maya Users

Qualified Existing Maya users who are Maya Savings accountholders can enjoy a base interest rate of 3.5% a. on balances up to P5M, and increase their interest rate further based on the requirement per tier below:

In case of (including but not limited to) user-triggered mobile number change, the total amount of qualified accumulated transactions will be reset to zero (Php 0) and the user has to transact at least Php 250 to Php35,250 with fund source Maya Wallet, and Php 3,000 with fund source from Maya Credit, worth of qualified transactions again to qualify for the promo.
Maya Credit transactions made via QR, Pay with Maya, or at the Maya Shop are the only qualified transactions considered for the +1% Php 3,000 spend via Maya Credit.
Accountholder will see on the Savings dashboard their qualification duration for bonus interest rate they are qualified for Maya Savings on the same day of their successful transaction.
An accountholder who qualified within a certain month, will get their bonus interest rate until the last day of the same qualifying month as illustrated below:

Accountholder will be able to see their qualification duration for the bonus interest rate on the Savings dashboard or on the Missions screen

Note: Make sure your app is updated to the latest version so you can track your boosted interest. You can check your Missions anytime to see your progress. For some users, you won't immediately see your Savings interest screen but your bonus interest will still be credited to your account every day after making a qualified transaction.

Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) made to Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager merchants or sub-merchants are not qualified for the promo.
Maya card (Visa or Mastercard) payments made to the following merchant categories will be excluded from the promo:
1. Financial institutions – 6051

Payments made to or purchases of cash equivalent instruments, financial institutions, financial assets, insurances, ATM withdrawals, gambling/gaming chips, and other quasi cash transactions are also not qualified for the promo.
Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) or transactions made to merchants within the crypto space are not qualified for the (e.g PDAX cash-in, other VASPs to be enabled where Maya payments are accepted, etc.)
Videos and photos of participants may be used only for promotional ads related to this
Only Consumer accounts are qualified for this Maya users with Maya merchant accounts and Maya Center agents are disqualified from participating in this promo.
Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
In case of disputes regarding accountholder's eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, fulfillment, Maya's decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI.

Promo is open to Maya users (Consumer accounts only) who will receive the following targeted marketing notifications via SMS, Push Notifications, Maya marketing materials, or digital ads:

Only users who will receive the targeted marketing notifications via SMS, Push Notifications, Maya marketing materials, or digital ads within a given month are qualified to participate in the promo during the same month. A user who did not receive the targeted marketing notification in a given month is not qualified to join the promo in the same month.
Qualified users who will receive the targeted marketing notifications will be credited a FREE Voucher gift ranging from 1-100 pesos in their registered Maya account. If the user gets the promo message but fails to fulfill the promo mechanics within a period of 7 calendar days then Maya reserves the right to withdraw the promo from the user so that they can be targeted with another promo that better suits their usage patterns. In the event of a user not utilizing the voucher amount, Maya reserves the right to withdraw/ deduct the voucher amount from the user’s account. Qualified users must do ANY of the following transactions within 7 calendar days in order to retain the voucher amount. No minimum transaction amount is required.
1. Buy load
2. Pay a bill via the Maya app
3. Send money to another Maya user
4. Shop with Maya virtual or physical card
5. Pay with your number on Maya’s partner online merchants

Sending money must be done using the “Send Money” feature in the Maya app. Sending money via Smart Padala to a Maya user (Consumer account) is not a valid transaction.
Buying load for oneself is a valid transaction. Gifting of prepaid load (a user buying prepaid load for a mobile number other than his/ her own registered Maya mobile number) is a valid transaction and will be considered for the gift retention.
Bill payments to COL Financial and all billers under the “Donation”, “Payment Solutions”, and “Others” categories are not valid transactions.
Receiving money from other Maya users via the “Send Money” feature is not a valid Cash In transaction and is not a valid transaction.
QR payments made to Maya Negosyo merchants are not qualified for the promo.
For Bills Payment and Shopping (using a Maya virtual or physical card) transactions, the P20 bonus reward shall be awarded to the user once the transaction has been confirmed and posted by the biller or online merchant.
This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.  
Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
