1. The promo is open to selected and whitelisted Maya users who receive an official offer via SMS, email, or in-app notification. 
2. The promo is valid for selected new applicants of the Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card who apply within the promo period. 
3. Eligibility is determined based on the Bank’s internal campaign criteria. 

1. The promo period runs from May 13 to July 11, 2026. 
2. Eligible users must apply and get approved for a Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card through the Maya app within the promo period. 
3. No minimum spend or transaction requirement is needed to qualify for the reward. 
4. Qualified applicants will receive 500 Landers Cashback Points as an exclusive welcome gift upon successful application approval. 

1. Only credit card applications that are approved within the promo period shall qualify for the promo. 
2. The promo is non-cumulative, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed priced items, unless otherwise provided.   
3. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of Cashback Points to accounts that are invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).     
4. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify users who violate promo rules, internal policies, or applicable terms and conditions.  
5. Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya app, and the management and fulfillment of Cashback points under this promotion. The reward received by a qualified cardholder shall be deemed final unless the cardholder files a complaint within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the reward.   
6. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who have violated or are subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.   
7. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the cardholder forfeit their Cashback Points with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB. In case of disputes regarding cardholder's eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, and fulfillment, Maya's decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI. Maya reserves the right to withhold granting of rewards where there are proven user activities that require further investigation.   
8. Maya reserves the right to debit any reward credited from the cardholder's Cashback Points balance. If balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn once it is sufficient.   
9. Maya Bank Inc. is the sole controller and processor of all personal information of participants under this Promotion.
