2. This promo is open to select Maya users who will receive targeted SMS and/or in-app notifications from Maya Loans / Maya within the promo validity period. The promo shall only be valid for each eligible user upon receipt of notification stated below, and the applicable participation period shall be as stated in the notification.
   1. Eligible users may receive only the following SMS from Maya and/or in-app notifications, in the exact formats stated below, which shall exclusively qualify them for participation in this promo. No other notifications, messages, or communications, regardless of similarity in wording, shall be considered valid for participation:

3. Eligible users can qualify for a processing fee discount only once upon completion of all criteria as listed below:
   1. Users must receive notification via SMS from Maya or in-app as stated in #2.
   2. Users must apply for Maya Personal Loan in the Maya app and be approved for the loan.
   3. Processing fee discount is based on the following loan amounts:

      PHP 10,000 – 49,999.99	50% off processing fee
      PHP 50,000 and above	Waived processing fee

4. The processing fee discount will be credited to the eligible user’s Maya app in the form of a voucher after the end of the program period following the schedule in the table below:

   To redeem the voucher, eligible users should follow these steps: 
   1. Open the Maya app and tap “Vouchers” in the home screen 
   2. Users select the voucher they want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim” 
   3. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now” 
   4. User will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS 
   Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in the Maya Wallet account balance

1. Maya and/or Maya Bank reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
2. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya and/or Maya Bank reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward from the Maya wallet balance equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya and/or Maya Bank reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If the balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya and/or Maya Bank reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when the balance becomes sufficient.
3. Maya and/or Maya Bank users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
4. In case of dispute, Maya reserves the right to act and decide on such dispute. Maya’s decision over the dispute shall be considered final.
5. The customer must notify Mayaand/or Maya Bank of any complaints regarding the promo within 30 days from the end of the promo period. The decision of Mayaand/or Maya Bank on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, visit our Help Center. 6. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
7. Maya Philippines Inc and Maya Bank are regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas https://www.bsp.gov.phBy participating in this program, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with Maya's Privacy Policy, available on the Maya website.
8. For concerns or complaints, users may contact Maya Customer Support via the Maya App. Unresolved issues may be escalated to the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) through the BSP Consumer Assistance Mechanism (CAM) at consumeraffairs@bsp.gov.ph.

1. Maya Philippines, Inc is the sole controller and processor of all personal information of participants under this Promotion and promotion participants agree to solely rely on Maya Privacy Policies in connection with the personal data they provide for participation in this promotion. 2. Redemption of prize is within sixty (60) days upon receipt of the voucher sent notification from Maya. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of Maya, in accordance with DTI rules. 
3. Unused rewards will expire / be clawed back within sixty (60) days upon receipt. 
4. Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya of any mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within sixty (60) days from the end of the promo period. 
5. Each Maya payment must be validated, posted or settled within the system to qualify for the promo. Transactions are not considered to be qualified in the event that a Maya number, card or QR payment is cancelled, declined, refunded or voided. 
6. Qualified users may receive their cashback any time after their valid transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period. 
7. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be qualified for this promo. 
8. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo. 
9. Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) made to Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager merchants or submerchants are not qualified for the promo. 
10. Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) made to Donation Billers, E-Sabong, Schools, other apps with wallet and Government merchants will not be qualified for the promo. 
11. Payments made to or purchases of cash equivalent instruments, financial institutions, financial assets, insurances, ATM withdrawals, gambling/gaming chips, and other quasi cash transactions are also not qualified for the promo. 
12. Pay with Maya QR to merchants within the crypto space are not qualified for the promo. (e.g PDAX cash-in, other VASPs to be enabled where Maya payments are accepted, etc.). 
13. Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos. 
14. Maya users with duplicate accounts cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account. 
15. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo. 
16. Maya reserves the right to withhold granting of rewards where there are proven suspicious customer activities that require further investigation. 
17. Those who are proven to be abusing the Maya system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards. 
18. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or proven fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given. 
19. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled, voided, refunded or declined, whether the cancellation is customer, biller or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the rewards has already been credited. 
20. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient. 
21. All Maya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
