   2. Users who do not receive the SMS above from MayaLoans are not eligible to receive rewards from the campaign.
3. Eligible users can qualify for a reward upon completion of the following criteria: 
   1. Receive their last installment as an incentive
      1. User must apply for a Maya Personal Loan in the Maya app
      2. User must be approved and accept the loan offer with a minimum loan amount of ₱40,000 and a 12 or 18-month tenor on or before August 15, 2025
4. Users who fully repay their loan in advance – full repayment of the loan within 95% or earlier in terms of installment tenor, are ineligible for this promo
   1. Example: For a 12-month loan, if a user fully repays within the 11th month, or for an 18-month loan, within the 17th month, they will not be eligible for the promo, as this is before 95% of the loan term. To qualify, users must complete all 12 or 18 monthly payments as scheduled.
5. Eligible users will be credited for their respective reward incentive following the cut-off schedule below:

1. Eligible users can only be rewarded once during the campaign period. Thus, eligible users will be unable to participate in the promo twice, even upon completion of the first loan.  
2. Eligible users participating in the campaign should follow these steps:  
   1. Receive SMS or in-app notification to apply  
   2. Once notification is received, go to the “Loans” tab  
   3. Apply for Maya Personal Loan and accept the loan offer (approval is subject to credit evaluation)  
   4. Pay for all monthly installments on or before the due date   
3.  The reward will be credited to the qualified user’s Maya app in the form of a voucher up to forty (40) business days after the end of the campaign period for validation of loan repayment. To redeem the voucher, Eligible users should follow these steps:  
   1. Open the Maya app and tap “Vouchers” in the home screen 
   2. Users select the voucher they want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim” 
   3. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”  
   4. User will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS  
   5. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in the Maya Wallet account balance 

Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya App, and the management and fulfillment of prizes under this promotion. Accordingly, the following disqualifications and limitations shall apply: 

1. Users with Maya merchant accounts and those using the Maya Business app are disqualified from participating in this campaign. 
2. This campaign is open to unique, valid and verified Maya accounts only. Maya and/or Maya Bank account holders who are blacklisted due to a violation of any Maya and/or Maya Bank campaign, or who are later found to have violated such terms, are not eligible to participate. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any prize or benefit if the participant is found to have a duplicate account or is blacklisted per above terms. 
3. Those who are suspected of or are found to be abusing the Maya and/or Maya Bank system or is suspected of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the campaign or receive rewards. 
    
4. f a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya and/or Maya Bank shall have the right to claw back the reward given. 
5. Maya and/or Maya Bank reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the awarding of rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the campaign to win prizes or receive benefits). 
6. The cashback reward will be disbursed to qualified users using their Maya-registered number. 
7. The cashback reward received by a qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer files a complaint within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the prize or reward. 
8. Maya and/or Maya Bank users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits: P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts. 
9. In case of dispute, Maya reserves the right to act and decide on such dispute. 
10. The customer must notify Maya and/or Maya Bank of any complaints regarding the campaign.
