This promo is open to pre-qualified users who have only completed one (1) successful load purchase on Maya within thirty (30) days prior to the Promo Start Date, as identified by Maya.

1. Promo will run from April 1 to 30, 2026. 
2. This promo is open to pre-qualified users who have only completed one (1) successful load purchase on Maya within thirty (30) days prior to the Promo Start Date, as identified by Maya. 
3. Valid for self-load transactions only.  
4. The promo rewards consecutive qualified load purchases made during the Promo Period, subject to the following tiers: 
   1. Tier 1: Spend minimum of ₱99 on load and be qualified for a cashback in your next load transaction 
   2. Tier 2: Spend minimum of ₱99 on load → Get ₱10 cashback 
   3. Tier 3: Spend minimum of ₱99 on load → Get ₱20 cashback 
   4. Tier 4: Spend minimum of ₱99 on load → Get ₱30 cashback 
5. The maximum total cashback per user is ₱60 when they complete all four (4) tiers of the promo. 
6. A qualified transaction refers to a single successful load purchase across all networks with a minimum value of ₱99. 
7. Tier progression is sequential and system-tracked. 
   1. Users must complete Tier 1 before qualifying for Tier 2, and Tier 2 before Tier 3. 
   2. Users cannot skip tiers, combine transactions, or retroactively qualify for higher tiers. 
8. The tiered rewards reset at the start of each calendar month during the Promo Period (February 6 to April 30, 2026). Only qualified load purchases completed within the same calendar month shall be considered for tier progression. Tier progress shall not carry over from one month to another. 
9. Cashback eligibility and tier progression are automatically determined based on actual transaction behavior during the Promo Period. Splitting transactions, reversing transactions, account switching, or attempting to reset eligibility to qualify for higher tiers is not allowed.  
10. Qualified users will receive their reward/s through the Maya app. To redeem the cashback voucher, please follow these steps: 
    1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account. 
    2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen. 
    3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”. 
    4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”. 
    5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS. 
    6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance. 
11. Maya users will receive their cashback rewards within a maximum of 14 business days after the end of the promo period to reconcile and verify user activity with system voucher rewarding. 
12. Unclaimed cashback vouchers will expire within 60 days upon receipt. 
13. Voucher stacking or the use of multiple promo codes in conjunction with this promo is not allowed. This promo cannot be combined with other vouchers, discounts, or promotional offers. 
14. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya consumer accounts only registered under a unique mobile number and device. User will not be eligible to participate in the promo if he/she creates multiple accounts. Moreover, accounts created, and transactions made outside of the Maya app are not eligible for this promo. 
15. Maya users with merchant accounts and under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo. Moreover, Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued. 
16. Refunded transactions made through the Maya app will not qualify for this promo. Moreover, splitting the same bill for the same biller and account number into multiple transactions is not allowed and is subject to withdrawal of cashback. 
17. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or a participant is blacklisted. 
18. Maya reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e., abuse of the system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits). 
19. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient. 
20. All regular and contractual employees of Maya Philippines, Inc. and its third-party suppliers, Voyager Innovations, Inc. and the MVP Group of Companies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion. 
21. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. 22. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – ₱50,000 for starter accounts and ₱100,000 for upgraded
