Maya will reach out to the winner/s within seven (7) business days after the announcement has been made on social media.
All winner/s will be notified via in-app pushes, phone call to their Maya-registered mobile number, email, and/or snail mail. A Maya representative shall get in touch with the winner/s to verify their identity and to give further instructions on prize redemption.
The raffle winners may be required to be interviewed and featured in announcements to be made by Maya regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.
Videos and photos of participants may be used only for promotional ads related to this
Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
With prior approval of DTI, Maya reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize in the event that the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption.
In case of disputes regarding customer's eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, fulfillment, Maya's decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI.

Redemption of prize is within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification from Maya. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of Maya, with prior approval of DTI.
Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya of any mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within sixty (60) days from the end of the promo period.
Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) made to Donation Billers, E-Sabong, Schools, other apps with wallet or e-wallet capabilities (such as but not limited to Lazada, ShopeePay, etc.) and Government merchants will not be qualified for the promo.

For Maya Credit transactions to be eligible, a user must have an activated Maya Credit account and in good credit standing for the whole duration of the promo. A good credit standing means that the user is not past due in order to be eligible to earn the raffle entries.
Each Maya transaction must be validated, posted or settled within the system to qualify for the promo. Transactions are not considered to be qualified in the event that a Maya number, card or QR payment is cancelled, declined, refunded or voided.
Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.

Eligibility

This promo is open to pre-qualified users who have only completed one (1) successful load purchase on Maya within thirty (30) days prior to the Promo Start Date, as identified by Maya.

The promo rewards consecutive qualified load purchases made during the Promo Period, subject to the following tiers:
1. Tier 1: Spend minimum of ₱99 on load and be qualified for a cashback in your next load transaction
2. Tier 2: Spend minimum of ₱99 on load → Get ₱10 cashback
3. Tier 3: Spend minimum of ₱99 on load → Get ₱10 cashback
4. Tier 4: Spend minimum of ₱99 on load → Get ₱10 cashback
The maximum total cashback per user is ₱30 when they complete all four(4) tiers of the promo.
A qualified transaction refers to a single successful load purchase across all networks with a minimum value of ₱99.
Tier progression is sequential and system-tracked.
1. Users must complete Tier 1 before qualifying for Tier 2, and Tier 2 before Tier 3.
2. Users cannot skip tiers, combine transactions, or retroactively qualify for higher tiers.
The tiered rewards reset at the start of each calendar month during the Promo Period (February 6 to April 30, 2026). Only qualified load purchases completed within the same calendar month shall be considered for tier progression. Tier progress shall not carry over from one month to another.
Cashback eligibility and tier progression are automatically determined based on actual transaction behavior during the Promo Period. Splitting transactions, reversing transactions, account switching, or attempting to reset eligibility to qualify for higher tiers is not allowed.
Qualified users will receive their reward/s through the Maya app. To redeem the cashback voucher, please follow these steps:
1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”.
4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance.
Maya users will receive their cashback rewards within a maximum of 14 business days after the end of the promo period to reconcile and verify user activity with system voucher rewarding.
Unclaimed cashback vouchers will expire within 60 days upon receipt.
Voucher stacking or the use of multiple promo codes in conjunction with this promo is not allowed. This promo cannot be combined with other vouchers, discounts, or promotional offers.
