3. Applicable to both self-load and gifted load transactions. 
4. All qualified transactions must be cleared, successful, and posted within the promo period to qualify for rewards. 
5. Rewards will be credited to the user’s Maya wallet within up to 14 business days, subject to validation and reconciliation.

6. Eligible users will receive 5% cashback on every mobile load transaction capped at Php 5,000 reward after reaching a cumulative spend of Php 5,000 on mobile load during the promo period. 
7. The Php 5,000 spend requirement may be accumulated across all supported networks, including Smart, TNT, Globe, TM, and DITO. 
8. Once the Php 5,000 cumulative spend is achieved, the user will receive 5% cashback on succeeding eligible load purchases. 
9. The maximum cashback reward per user is Php 5,000. 
10. Qualified cashback rewards will be credited directly to the user’s Maya wallet.

1. Users who will be eligible for this offer must complete an accumulated ₱5,000 spend on load. 
2. Eligible users may enjoy up to five (5) free InstaPay transfers and five (5) free InstaPay cash-ins during the promo period. 
3. The InstaPay transaction fee will initially be charged and will subsequently be rebated via cashback to the user’s Maya wallet after the transaction is completed. 
4. This offer will run simultaneously with the 5% load cashback offer. 
5. Rewards will be credited to the user’s Maya wallet within up to 14 business days after the qualified transaction, subject to validation and reconciliation.

General Terms & Conditions: 

1. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid. 
2. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. 
3. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits). 
4. Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit. 
5. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient. 
6. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo. 
7. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
