- Users will be eligible to receive cashback on transactions that fall under, but are not limited to, merchants that sell digital goods and entertainment.
- The cashback amount will vary based on user level:
- Plus: 1% cashback
- Pro: 2% cashback
- Elite: 3% cashback
- Ultra: 5% cashback
- Only online transactions made via online checkout and Maya debit card with a minimum spend of ₱300 will be counted.
- Only successful transactions made to specific merchants in the following categories below are eligible for the cashback:
- Cable
- Satellite
- Other Pay Television and Radio Servives
- Digital Goods – Media, Books, Movies, Music

- Cashback will be awarded through a claimable cash voucher equivalent to the intended cashback amount.
- Cashback voucher will be awarded within fourteen (14) days after the transaction has been made.
- Cashback vouchers will expire upon reaching sixty (60) days of not being claimed.
- A cashback cap per month will be implemented, which is determined based on the user’s current level:
- Plus & Pro: ₱100
- Elite: ₱200
- Ultra: ₱500
- If a user levels up within the month, only the difference between the previous and new cashback cap will be added to the user's remaining monthly cashback cap. The monthly cashback cap will not reset.
- This benefit is available from 07-15-2026 to 09-30-2026
