Boost your Maya Savings with +1% interest p.a. when you shop at Lazada

1. Promo period is from November 15 to January 4, 2024
2. The promo is open to all new and existing Maya users with upgraded accounts, who will pay with Maya via mobile number at Lazada.
3. All new or existing Maya users with upgraded Maya accounts must pay with Maya via mobile number, and reach an accumulated spend of Php 3,000 in Lazada to be qualified to the exclusive promo:
   1. Bonus of +1% interest rate p.a. for user’s up to first Php100K deposit on their Maya Savings account, will start on the day when user fulfills the required spend via Maya on Lazada, and will end on the last date of reward effectivity
   2. Users must make a qualified transaction each month within the promo period to get the +1% bonus interest rate p.a. for each month period

   3. Final boosted interest covering qualified balance on the last date of the month will be credited to the user’s Savings account on the next date of the following month.
4. Once any of the above transactions are completed, the qualified Maya user will be able to enjoy the following offers:

5. Qualified new or existing Maya users who will successfully pay in Lazada using pay with Maya via Mobile number with an accumulated spend of Php 3,000 can get the additional 1% interest per annum (p.a.) credited daily to their Maya Savings accounts for deposits up to Php 100,000 end-of-day deposit balance. Rewarded +1% p.a. interest rate is valid only until the last date of indicated qualifying period when qualified transaction is made. 
6. The additional 1% interest p.a. exclusive to this promo will be on top of Maya’s existing Maya Savings base interest mechanics and offers.
7. Users may avail of the interest rate reward every qualifying period until the end of the promo period
8. Qualified New Maya users who are Maya Savings accountholders can enjoy a base interest rate of 3.5% p.a. on balances up to P5M, and increase their interest rate further based on the requirement per below: 

*Anything beyond Php100,000 earns 3.5% interest p.a.

*Any balance in excess of Php 5,000,000.00 will not get any interest

If a Maya Savings accountholder who just opened a Savings account did not complete any of the transactions above on the Maya Wallet, he/she will still be enjoying a 3.5% interest rate p.a. on his/her

Maya Savings account.

9. Qualified Existing Maya users who are Maya Savings accountholders can enjoy a base interest rate of 3.5% p.a. on balances up to P5M, and increase their interest rate further based on the requirement per tier below:

*Anything beyond Php100,000 earns 3.5% interest p.a.

*Any balance in excess of Php 5,000,000.00 will not get any interest

10. If a Maya Savings accountholder who just opened a Savings account did not complete any of the transactions above on the Maya Wallet, he/she will still be enjoying a 3.5% interest rate p.a. on his/her Maya Savings account.

11. In case of (including but not limited to) user-triggered mobile number change, the total amount of qualified transactions will be reset to zero (Php 0) and the user has to transact and achieve an accumulated spend in Lazada using Maya of Php 3,000 worth of qualified transactions again to qualify for the promo.
    1. Account holder will see his/her qualification duration for the bonus interest rate on the Savings dashboard or on the Missions screen the same day the qualified transaction was made.
12. Note: Make sure your app is updated to the latest version so you can track your boosted interest. You can check your Missions anytime to see your progress. For some users, you won’t immediately see your Savings interest screen but your bonus interest will still be credited to your account every day after making a qualified transaction.
13. The bonus interest rate will be reflected on the account holder’s transaction history the next day as follows:

15. Only “Pay with Maya” (mobile checkout) or Maya card transactions are included in the promo. Lazada wallet top-up via Maya and other Maya use cases such as airtime load, bills payment, QR, etc. are excluded from the promo.
16. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
17. Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) made to Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager merchants or submerchants are not qualified for the promo.
18. Payments made to or purchases of cash equivalent instruments, financial institutions, financial assets, insurances, ATM withdrawals, gambling/gaming chips, and other quasi cash transactions are also not qualified for the promo.
19. Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) or transactions made to merchants within the crypto space are not qualified for the promo. (e.g PDAX cash-in, other VASPs to be enabled where Maya payments are accepted, etc.)
20. Select users eligible for other targeted promos may no longer be eligible for this promo at the discretion of Maya.

23. Only Consumer accounts are qualified for this promo. Maya users with Maya merchant accounts and Maya Center agents are disqualified from participating in this promo.
24. In case of disputes regarding accountholder's eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, fulfillment, Maya's decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI.
