Get 100% cashback on your service fee when you use Maya Credit!

1. Promo period is from December 20, 2023 to January 20, 2024.
2. Promo is open to Maya users (Consumer accounts only) who will receive the following targeted marketing notifications via SMS, Push Notifications, Maya marketing materials, or digital ads:
   
   “Get 100% cashback on your service fee when you use Maya Credit now! Promo runs until Jan. 20, 2024. Visit http://maya.ph/sfcashback to learn more.”
   
   
3. Qualified users who will use Maya Credit to transfer funds to their Maya Wallet THEN do ANY of the following transactions will receive a 100% cashback of their Maya Credit service fee. Minimum spend or transaction amount is required.

Other conditions on the validity of transactions/ eligibility for cashback:

1. In order to be eligible for a cashback, a qualified user must do BOTH of the following required transactions, and must do them in the correct order:
   1^st Transaction: Transfer to Wallet using Maya Credit
   2^nd Transaction: Any of the transactions listed in the table above.
2. Sending money via Smart Padala to a Maya user (Consumer account) is not a valid transaction for this promo.
3. Buying load for oneself and gifting of load (a Maya user buying load for another mobile number other than his/her own Maya-registered number) are both valid transactions.
4. Bill payments to billers under the “Donations” and “Others” categories in the Maya app are not eligible for the reward.
5. QR payments made to Maya Negosyo merchants are not qualified for the promo.

4. Maximum cashback per user is P35.
5. A qualified user is eligible for the cashback only ONCE during the promo period.
6. The cashback amount will only be based on the user’s Maya Credit service fee for his/ her first Transfer to Wallet transaction during the promo period. Service fee for succeeding Transfer to Wallet transactions will not be considered in the promo.

7. A user must have an activated Maya Credit account and must be in good credit standing for the whole duration of the promo. A good credit standing means that the user is not past due to be eligible to earn the cashback.
8. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the user was found to be past due at the end of the promo period after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
9. The necessary transactions must be cleared and posted before the user is credited with the cashback voucher.
10. Qualified promo participants will receive their cashback any time from performing the required valid transactions to up to thirty (30) business days after the end of the promo period.
11. Cashback rewards will be awarded as vouchers. To redeem the voucher, users should follow these steps:
    1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
    2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
    3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under "Available" and tap "Claim".
    4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
    5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
    6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya Wallet account balance.
12. Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya App, and the management and fulfillment of prizes under this promotion. Accordingly, the following disqualifications and limitations shall apply:
    1. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo.
    2. This promo is applicable to unique, valid and verified Maya accounts only. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
    3. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or if the participant is blacklisted.
    4. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).

14. Refunded transactions made through the Maya app will not qualify for this promo.
15. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
16. Those who are suspected of or are found out to be abusing the Maya system or is suspected of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
17. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the user was found to be past due at the end of the promo period after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize/reward given or its corresponding monetary value.
18. Maya reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
19. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
20. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@maya.ph.
21. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
