1. The promo period is from April 15 – May 31, 2024 (1.5 months)
2. This promo is open to all new and existing upgraded Maya consumer accountholders that are currently residing in the Philippines, who will transact using their Maya Visa virtual or physical card online or in-store.
3. Qualified users will get one (1) raffle entry from any of the following:
   1. [New to Physical card] Purchasing the Maya Visa Paris 2024 Olympics-themed card (Reward = 1 raffle entry per user).
   2. [Usage] Every P200 spent online or in-store using their Maya Visa card (Reward = 1 raffle entry per P200 spent. Unlimited raffle entries).
4. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya consumer accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
5. Qualified users will receive an in-app notification after they have completed the qualified transactions to inform them of their raffle entry.
6. Customer will not need to register their transaction to receive raffle Maya will automatically detect qualified transactions to record the user’s raffle entry.

8. The raffle draw will be conducted in the presence of a DTI Raffle winners will be announced on both Maya and Visa’s social media accounts.
9. Raffle winners will be notified by Maya via their Maya-registered e-mail address, mobile number, and via registered Raffle winner must acknowledge and respond by presenting the following documents prior to the awarding of the prizes:
   1. Full Name

   3. Present Address
   4. One (1) Valid ID (e.g. Passport, SSS, PhilHealth, UMID) reflecting present address
10. With regards to claiming of raffle prizes:
    1. Minor winners - The winners must claim the prize within 60 days from receipt of the registered mail. All unclaimed prizes shall be forfeited in favor of Maya with prior DTI approval.
    2. Grand winners – Winners should confirm and acknowledge status by June 15, 2024 in order for Visa/Maya representatives to process their working documents required to fly to Paris (e.g. visa documents). Scheduled date for winners to fly (outbound date) is on August 5, 2024. (~45 days from confirmation and acknowledgement).
11. Grand Raffle winner and his/her chosen companion must have an active passport with at least six (6) months validity from August 9, 2024.
12. For the grand prize winner and his/her chosen companions, the following terms and conditions shall apply:

16. By claiming the prizes in this raffle, all winners grant Maya Philippines and Visa the exclusive permission to use and disclose personal information and photographs and videos in connection with this promotion for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use on TV, Radio, Website, or social media pages.
17. Winners who claim the prize/s shall agree to free Maya Philippines Inc. and Visa from any liability for damages suffered as a result of using the raffle prize(s), provided such damages are not the result of serious and deliberate misconduct on the side of Maya Philippines Inc or Visa. Maya Philippines Inc and Visa shall not be held liable for any claim related to the raffle Consequently, Maya Philippines Inc and Visa shall not entertain any request for indemnity of reimbursement accompanying such claim.
18. With prior approval of DTI, Maya Philippines, reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize if the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption.
19. All regular and contractual employees of Maya Philippines, and Visa Worldwide Pte Limited. and its third-party suppliers, Voyager Innovations, Inc. and the MVP Group of Companies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
20. In case of dispute in respect of but not limited to customer’s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, Maya’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding customer’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Maya in concurrence with partner
21. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (e.g., abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits – ex. cashing in via Card to another bank or e-wallet).
22. Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos of Visa and/or Maya.
23. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App (formerly PayMaya Negosyo) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
24. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the raffle entry has already been credited.
25. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from user’s If user’s balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when user’s balance is sufficient.
