Overview:

  1. Promo period is at 5PM to 8PM from March 28-31, 2024 only.
  2. This promo is open to all upgraded Maya consumer accounts who will Pay with Maya:
    1. Login to pay with your Maya Number online at our partner merchants and stores via web checkout page.
    2. Scan to Pay QR with Maya at our partner online & retail merchants.
    3. Pay with Maya Card (Virtual or Physical VISA/Mastercard) when you shop online or in retail
    4. Pay via Maya Credit at our partner online & retail merchants.
    5. Bills Pay at our partner billers.
  3. The total spend required to qualify for cashback or raffle entries will be P2,500 for the entire promo duration.

  5. This promo is applicable to Maya consumer accountholders who are currently residing in the Philippines and have valid and unique upgraded Maya accounts.
  6. Each qualified and verified Maya payment (Number, Card, Bills Pay or QR) corresponds to guaranteed rewards in the form of cashback and 1 raffle entry for a chance to be the one of the five (5) winners of 3 days 2 nights stay at Winford Manila Hotel.
  7. Each Maya payment must be validated, posted or settled within the system to qualify for the promo. Transactions are not considered to be qualified in the event that a Maya number, card, bills pay, or QR payment is cancelled, declined, refunded or voided.
  8. All prizes to be shouldered by Maya Philippines, Inc.

On the P5 / P50 / P500 cashback reward:

  1. For each qualified Maya payment made during the promo period, qualified users will receive either P5, P50, or P500 cashback.
  2. Qualified users may only receive rewards up to a maximum of 1x for the whole promo
  3. Users will receive a notification of the voucher redemption via in-app
  4. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher in the Maya
    1. To redeem the cashback voucher, follow these steps:
    2. Open the Maya app and log in to your
    3. Tap “Vouchers” on the home
    4. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim.”
    5. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim ”.
    6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account
  5. Qualified users may receive their cashback any time after their valid transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.

On the 3 days 2 nights Deluxe Room at the Winford Manila Hotel raffle:

  1. For each qualified Maya payment made during the promo period, users will also earn one (1) raffle entry for a chance to win 3 days, 2 nights stay in the Deluxe Room at Winford Manila Hotel during the raffle draw.
    1. Example: User has two (2) qualified transactions worth at least P2,500 via Maya card and at least P2,500 via Maya Number This will result to one (1) cashback reward only, but two (2) raffle entries since there are two qualified transactions.
  2. Users can earn multiple raffle entries during the promo period and only after the necessary transactions are validated and posted.
  3. There will be five (5) lucky winners of a 3D2N Deluxe Room stay at Winford Manila Hotel with 1 year validity. Winner may bring 1 companion each to the trip.
  4. Qualified users may win only once regardless of the number of raffle entries earned during the entire promo period. Non-winning raffle entries will be included in succeeding raffle draws (if applicable).

  6. Users will be notified of the status of their raffle entries via in-app notification (upon systems verification and once the raffle entries are credited)
  7. The raffle draws, which will be with the participation of a DTI representative, and announcement of winners through Maya’s social media account/s are based on the following schedule:

  8. Every raffle draw will be conducted via Microsoft Teams with a DTI representative. The promo organizer’s decision to award the prizes to the selected winners is final with the concurrence of DTI-
  9. Only users with upgraded Maya accounts can get a chance to win raffle prizes. A user whose mobile number or name was drawn but does not have an upgraded account will not be considered a winner.
  10. The names of all the winner/s will be announced on the Official Maya Facebook
  11. Maya will reach out to the winner/s within seven (7) business days after the announcement has been made on social media.
  12. All winner/s will be notified via in-app pushes or phone call to their Maya-registered mobile A Maya representative shall get in touch with the winner/s to verify their identity and to give further instructions on prize redemption.
  13. Prizes are non-convertible to It is prohibited to change the nature of the prize nor receive it in any other form. Thus, a new winner will be drawn to participate in the event.
  14. Redemption period of prizes is until 60 days upon receipt of written/registered
  15. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
  16. The raffle winners are required to be interviewed and featured in announcements to be made by Maya regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.
  17. Videos and photos of participants may be used only for promotional ads related to this 

General:

  1. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
  2. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
  3. Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) made to Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager merchants or submerchants are not qualified for the promo.
  4. Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) made to Donation Billers, E-Sabong, Schools, other apps with wallet or e-wallet capabilities (such as but not limited to Lazada, ShopeePay, etc.) and Government merchants will not be qualified for the promo.
  5. Payments made to or purchases of cash equivalent instruments, financial institutions, financial assets, insurances, ATM withdrawals, gambling/gaming chips, and other quasi cash transactions are also not qualified for the promo.
  6. Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) or transactions made to merchants within the crypto space are not qualified for the promo. (e.g PDAX cash-in, other VASPs to be enabled where Maya payments are accepted, etc.)
  7. Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos
  8. Maya users with duplicate accounts cannot participate in this promo/raffle. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account.
  9. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
  10. Those who are found out to be abusing the Maya system or committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
  11. Maya reserves the right to withhold granting of rewards where there is a proven fraudulent customer activity that requires further investigation.
  12. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
  13. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled, voided, refunded or declined, whether the cancellation is customer, biller or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the rewards has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/reward credited from your If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
  14. All regular and contractual employees of PayMaya Philippines, Inc., Maya Bank, Inc., Voyager Innovations, and the MVP Group of Companies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion/raffle.
  15. All Maya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
